Exceptional service and care. From making an appointment to the front office staff, they go above and beyond. Lacy, who was in the room with me, was so kind and put me at ease. When I mentioned concerns about my tooth, she answered every question and explained what to expect. Dr Tayor and Dr Ratliff never rush they make sure all is well and ensure any questions are answered and never rush you. They make you feel valued, and their rates are better than others. You have customer service and value, I highly recommend them.

Had 2 really bad teeth taken out today. I am terrified of needles. The entire staff was amazing and kind but Dr. Ratliff really impressed me with his bed-side manner. He told me everything he was doing as he did it so there were no surprises. It made all the difference. Thank you!
