Dr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University where he majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. He then continued his education by graduating cum laude from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. He completed his education by attending Vanderbilt University for three years of specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

While attending Vanderbilt, he served as chief resident of the orthodontic department. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Kentucky Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society, and a former board member of the Oldham County Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Taylor coaches various youth sports and is a former board member and current supporter of the Louisville Area Fellowship of Christian Athletics (FCA). His absolute favorite thing in lifeis being a husband and a dad, and getting to spend quality time with family.He also enjoysworking outdoors, especially when it involves using a tractor, mower or skid loader. He and his wife Cindy reside in Crestwood with their four children, Koby, Hannah, Sawyer, and Lilly.

Dr. Leah Sebastian was raised in Jackson, a small town in Eastern Kentucky. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky in 2010, with a major in Biotechnology. After spending a year in Ann Arbor, Michigan working for the Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research, she returned to the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry to continue her education and earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2015, followed by the completion of three years of specialty training in the Department of Orthodontics. Dr. Sebastian is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Sebastians favorite part about being an orthodontist is the opportunity to really get to know her patients and their families. She believes that forming a partnership with each individual patient not only helps to ensure that orthodontic goals are achieved, but also that their journey in treatment is a positive, uplifting experience.

Dr. Sebastian and her husband Jordan now reside in Shelbyville with their daughter, Lennon, and their energetic German Shorthaired Pointer, Lincoln. She enjoys traveling across the globe, cooking and trying new foods, attending college sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. As a native Kentuckian, Dr. Sebastian is grateful to live in the heart ofthe Bluegrass, and feels fortunate to be able to serve the community through her work creating confident smiles.

Our doctors offer numerous treatment options for all ages. Many younger patients are treated with braces metal or clear (ceramic) and we offer Invisalign First for children, too. For teens and adults, including grandparents, we offer clear braces and Invisalign aligners. These clear aligners are comfortable, effective, and virtually invisible!
