Taylor Made Smiles patients look forward to their dental visits with confidence and anticipation, which is why well over a dozen of our patients continue to travel to our practice from countries as far away as Brazil, France and even Singapore. Indeed, we are passionate about providing the most pleasant, comfortable experience possible for all our patients, while giving them fabulous smiles that change their lives.
Dr. Missy studied at Delta State University before receiving her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Mississippi. She received advanced training at the William C. Strupp Postgraduate School of Dentistry, Las Vegas Institute & the Louisiana Cosmetic Continuum. She practiced general dentistry with her father in Mississippi for six years and served as an adjunct instructor for the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. In 2010, she received her fellowship in dental oral conscious sedation (DOCS).
Dr. Missy is skilled in a wide variety of dental areas, including cosmetics, crowns, bridges, implants, root canal therapy and digital radiography, including CBCT 3D Digital Scans and Sleep Apnea. A member of the American Dental Association and clinical evaluator for one of the national dental journals, she is also a member of the Tennessee Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Gold Member of theDental Organization for Conscious Sedation (D.O.C.S.) the Downtown Franklin Merchants Association and the Nashville Dental Association.
Dedicated to serving the Middle Tennessee community in any way she can, Dr. Missy is also a member of the Heritage Foundation, an inaugural member of the Pinnacle Study Club of Nashville and a former member of the Cool Springs Rotary and the Franklin Breakfast Rotary. She is a current member of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce and has also volunteered with Interfaith Dental Clinics.
Taylor Made Smiles benefits from the great partnership between Dr. Missy and her husband and office manager, Court Burton. In their spare time, Missy and Court enjoy gourmet cooking, travel and playing with their children Wyatt and Khaki. Paisley and Keats are the newest additions to their family a pair of English Springer Spaniels that spend most days at the office greeting guests and calming nerves.

Everybody at Taylor Made Smiles was great. I visited them for the first time and everything was very fluent. They took the time thoroughly explain what was going on and made it easy to make the decision to continue to use them. I highly recommend.

While I was very impressed with the level of care and friendly faces here, I would remiss if I did not take the time to review the deceptive billing practices I experienced. I opted to undertake Invisalign care and during the consult, was presented with a breakdown of the costs for care to include the "total" cost for care. It was explained to me that in paying this amount for the "total" cost that I would be complete with the payment portion of the treatment. Fast forward to today when I received a hefty bill that was "outstanding" for the ortho care. In trying to understand why I would still owe money after paying for the "TOTAL COST OF CARE", I was led around a conversation about my insurance cap. If my insurance did not cover the total cost of care, I would have been made aware sooner than a year after I started treatment. The explanation that made no sense in terms of understanding my own insurance that I elect into and pay for. The final explanation given to me was that the paperwork I signed said "this is an estimate" somewhere on it. The deception portrayed by this business in telling me that I was paying for the "TOTAL COST OF CARE" up front is sad and unfortunate. I will say this - the dental care was amazing I would highly recommend them for that purpose. HOWEVER, be careful in taking their word for the billing practices.

Figured out the source of my pain and did an extraction right away so I could get immediate relief. Very appreciative and am moving my family to this practice going forward!

I had an amazing experience at Taylor Made Smiles. Very friendly and attentive staff, I felt welcomed and in safe hands. Dr. Corvacho did an excellent job of explaining the ins and outs of my teeth and what needed to be corrected. Overall an amazing dentist office.

Terrible quality of dental work - my mom went to another dentist finally after 10 years, only to find out they left a cotton ball in her tooth on a routine route canal/crown. This was a permanent root canal. These folks are a joke.

Very caring and supportive. Not a fan of any dental work but I feel comfortable at Taylor Made Smiles. I had my second cleaning today and all my anxiety is gone. Nice to have a dentist that feels like home.
