Try to have a procedure done, and they end up numb my throat and sent me to the emergency room, I was unable to speak for over 6 hours, and left me with an emergency room bill. Their hygienist are awesome, unfortunately not all the staff are like them. Now my daughter had her cleaning she is only 9 and I am not allow in there but they do allow others to their waiting room, they said is because I am not a patient; but my daughter is and she is a minor. Never had this type of experience. Update 3/2021 After the review I post above, I had an appointment scheduled during March, hoping that my next experience could be better. I got a phone call from the scheduling coordinator the same day of the appointment letting me know I have been dismissed from the practice due to my review, I have asked to talk to the manager then she said she was the manager, I ask to talk to someone above her she said the regional manager was not in, I asked for a phone number to speak with her, the schedule coordinator said she didn't have a number only a cellphone...... well that tell you how rude this woman is. Not only she had an awful way of treating and talking with patients, in a way I am glad I was dismissed. The sad part of the whole situation is that I was giving them the benefit of a doubt, maybe someone was having a bad day, like I said before not all the staff is that rude. Needless to say the front staff will get more people to leave.

I always enjoy going to the dentist and I love Dr. Taylor's practice. Very personable and relatable. Tara is the best hygienist!

I went in for a routine cleaning and the dental hygienist was exceptional. Her professionalism during the procedure and knowledge about dentistry were exceptional. In addition, the front desk personnel were also very courteous in this very trying Covid time that we find ourselves. Thank you for running such a wonderful dental office.

Thank you to the entire staff at Taylor Family Dentistry for their personable and professional attention to patient needs. My family member, a patient new to their office, has some dementia and his visit today was flawless and easy for him. I had alerted staff of "special needs", and they accommodated my requests (even having the tv in the exam room tuned to Grit TV! ) They worked together as a team in providing an efficient and through exam. I am grateful.

When I lived closer Taylor Family was my regular dentist. When we moved to Clayton, about 30 minutes away, I tried to find a new dentist. Never really found one I was happy with so no I am back. The staff at Taylor Family is amazing and so worth the extra drive.

Terrible, everyone experience is different and heard great things about them about but the whole experience with was just terrible. From scheduling an appointment and being there about 2 hours and having the Denist leave me multiple times to handle other patients. After being there for almost 2 hours and the Denist not returning for almost 20 minutes I decided to leave as I had a meeting at work I had to be on. I already scheduled my next appointment so figure I would follow up with the Denist on my next appointment. Talked to the front desk when I left and they didn't didn't seem happy that I was leaving but told them I already had my next appointment scheduled and had to get back to work. They said they had issue with my insurance and told I verified it before I scheduled the appointment. I told that I would fix it before my next appointment and I left and again they seemed upset that I left, Came to date of my appointment and was told I didn't have one scheduled. I guess they removed my appointment after i left without telling me. The office staff was very rude when I talked to them about and keep talking over me that made me get upset. I asked to talk to the manager and keep asking for me to be able to for finish my sentence. Yes I got upset and was very frustrated and was not as nice I should have been. She said the manager was in a meeting when I asked to talk to them. At that point they hung up and I called back. Manager answers the phone was upset at my tone as she was listening to the call. Thought she was n a Meeting? At this point I just asked for my records and will see another Denist. Like I say not everyone is treated the same and everyone experience is different but I guess me not staying while I waited for the Denist to come back upset them.

We had an AMAZING experience at Taylor Family Dentistry. I have two children who are six and three, and they were due for their six month check up(s). This practice is closer to our new house, so I thought a change might do us well. My three year old is not a fan of the dentist...and this was the first time she enjoyed her experience. They were thorough and patient, and even had her laughing. I'll be going here on my next visit as well. Switch made!

Really great experience. Very little wait time, extremely friendly and expert staff. None of what I call "dentist guilt" where they give you a hard time about your habits, and no pressure to have expensive procedures you might not need. Very up front about costs and insurance coverage. Also, massage chairs!
