I have been seeing Dr. Taylor here for years (10+) and I have NEVER had a bad experience. From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to the doctor. They've always been very friendly, accommodating, talkative, and professional. I've never had any pain from a cleaning or even from a cavity being filled. I absolutely love them and have referred several of my family members there. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

They are extremely painful here. I got my teeth cleaned and I could barely talk the next day because of how much pain I was in, a cleaning shouldn't be that painful. On top of that the day I went into the cleaning I went up to the lady at the front desk to give her my new insurance information because it had changed since the last time I went there and she told me that I could just sit down and they already had it and I went to explain that it changed and she just told me they would get it later. Then I get a call and they say I need to give them up updated insurance I had an appointment the next day to get fillings so I decided to give it to them then. I once again try and go up to the lady at the desk to give my information to her. She again tells me i'm good and to sit down and so I tell her I got a call saying they needed it and pulled out my card to give to her and she tells me that they no longer participate with that insurance. Now I have a bill for the cleaning and X ray they did for 182 dollars. I am extremely annoyed because I wouldn't have gotten those things done if I knew they didn't take my insurance. This could have all been avoided if she just took my insurance when I tried to give it to her. I have a two month old baby and I really can't afford to be paying for a almost 200 dollar medical bill.

Called insurance company..they stated they took my insurance. Checked on insurance website,also stated they took my insurance. Go to my appointment and hand women my insurance card and she say's "oh,we don't participate when them anymore"...after telling her everything she say's "I don't know how that happened...but I know it's still listed on the website but we don't participate". Extremely unhappy and only gave one star because I can't give less. POOR communication.
