came up to office had an 11 apt office was closed called all they could say was they where sorry do to unforeseen circumstances they where closed they never called to let me know then the lady on phone rescheduled my apt for the next day and when i asked are they shure the office will be open she said she didn't know ?

Got there for a scheduled appt at 1045 am to find out the person I made the appt with didn't put it in the computer. Wouldn't recommend this place! I waited over 2 weeks for this appt!! Poor business.

Went in for a deep teeth cleaning and they had to do it in sessions. 1st session was decent and went back for a second session only for them to make me wait for over 2 hours and numb my teeth and tell me they couldn't work on my teeth cause the dental person that does teeth cleaning can't work on me cause she has to use a stool and it's troublesome on her back because I'm in a wheelchair

Absolutely the worst children's dentistry my daughter has ever been to she will never go back she went to get a tooth pulled they gave her the Novocain and did not give it time to start working real good the full effects of it and started pulling her teeth it will be a miracle if I ever get her to go back to the dentist again hands downThe worst dentistry I have ever ever been to

I was waiting with a 1 year old for a cleaning from 8:55am until 10:50am. His appointment was scheduled for 9 am. This is supposed to be a kid friendly place and there is nothing kid friendly about a room full of dental equipment, no music, books, toys or tv. This is ridiculous! When I asked the hygienist the cause for such a long wait she replied "Overbooked" and left the room again. I never write reviews and definitely never negative ones, but I must say this place truly deserved it. 1 star is actually a compliment.

I have been to many dental offices after suffering from reflux, calcium defenciency, malnutrition due to many stomach surgeries, etc. I have yet to find an office that had top of the line equipment with availability and prices that are unbeatable. You can sign up for what is known as the Resolution plan (I believe) for only $59 a year. Basically you can just figure on a discount of 30 to 50% on x-rays, fillings, crowns, and you cannot beat the price of their dentures. The staff is friendly, and the best part...there is no maximum savings per year for those like me who life dealt them internal issues that were written all over my teeth. Thanks to Taylor Dental, I will have my confidence back before long! I am not a fake person. I swear finding this savings plan has literally saved me. I've been staying sick bc of my stupid teeth. Give Taylor a shot. They are where Kool Smiles was in the mall. They take all ages. Oh, and family plans are around $89/year.

Great experience, other people complain because they feel entitled when they have free health care. But either way the dentist and staff were professional. Thanks to Dr. Vu and Christi. And the guy at the front desk, Glen, deserves a raise. Thanks guys

This is by far the WORST Dental Office In Texarkana I take my niece in she needs wisdom teeth removed in pain but they will not give pain medication only antibiotics for infections she doesn't have we have had 2 procedures done and there was never ANY prescriptions given to her at all over the counter pain medication doesnt work will NEVER GO BACK And Pay Money for this FREE CLINIC SERVICE !!!!!!
