They have removed the play structure which I thought was due to vivid restrictions for the children but they added more chairs so that they can fill up the room. They were confused about the appointment and rudely ushered my children to the back and would not let us be with them. My children are 3 and 7. Upon completion, my 7 year old let me know that the employees were rude to her and her little brother talking loud, rude and even said to stop crying and acting like a baby. She said that when she tried to comfort him and hold his hand they told her to move and that he needed to act right. She even pointed out the rudest one and told her to please not yell at her brother next time, the employee said nothing. They have created trauma associated with the dentist for my children and I will never return. I suggest that you do some research before going to Taylor... there are better, gentler offices out there... especially for children.

I wish I could sue Dr.Boycin for the neglectful job he did on my teeth. I have already spent $100 in an attempt to fix the damage he caused, and nothing. 5 weeks later and I am still in insufferable pain. My next step is to either get a root canal (costing $3000) on the tooth or get it extracted, because he "damaged the tooth too much", as I have been told by three other professionals. Awful dentist/doctor. His malpractice has ruined my basic function of eating. Why? Because he cannot do a basic cavity filling correctly!

I scheduled my kids an appointment for September 9th and when we arrived the clinic was closed. No one contacted me to tell they would be closed and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled the appointment for today, September 16th and 2pm, I signed my kids out of school and arrived at about 1:45pm. They didn't want to open the door, a kid that was inside opened the door for us. When we enter I said "I'm checking in" and gave my kids names the lady at the desk asked, "for today" and I said yes. She said to give her a moment. Another lady walked up and asked if we had an appointment and I said yes she asked for what time I told her 2 was for 2pm and 1 was for 2:45 she then says I have to reschedule because they are about to close and I said this the 2nd time and just left. I will never visit this location again, I will reschedule at the Metairie location.

Terrible staff and service! Waiting room was full to capacity. I was literally 2 minutes late to my sons appointment and the receptionist made me wait 15 minutes to tell me they were not taking any late appointments. It was terrible!! Do not visit the gentilly location!

My last appointment was very unprofessional. I waited in the waiting room for far to long and once I got to the back I waited for an hour before anyone came up to me. Once they did come to me no one communicated with me what I needed to have done and just assume what I needed. The appointment was pointless and waisted a lot of my time. On top of that they referred me to an endodontist that doesn't even take my insurance for a root canal.

They do a phenomenal job at Taylor dental especially in the ortho department treat everyone so nice and polite. Never had a problem rescheduling any appointments if something came up. Doctors are great also the dental assistance does a fantastic job definitely will recommend to any of my friends and family. Taylor dental is a great place for adults and children won't experience any place like it.

My grand daughter recommended this office to me when I was in pain. They were able to get me in very quickly and provide me with medication until I could get my tooth pulled. The staff was polite and attentive and Dr Boykin was very nice and gentle.

I recently visited Taylor Dentist with my teenage nephew. He had a toothache and wanted to have it extracted. The dentist took the time to explain the importance of saving good teeth and my nephew opted to get a root canal. Thank you for caring.
