Laura is a hygienist and she is very friendly and know how to keep her patients calm and when she do a deep cleaning on your teeth she make sure your not in pain or need more numbing medication

Read the views and was skeptical but I have to say the staff and dentist was very amazing. The amount of professionalism and kindness this office has is surreal. Definitely five stars. I'll give more is I could.

If I could give this a 0 rating I would. So my 9 year old has issues with her baby teeth. They don't fall out on their own, so they have to be pulled because her adult teeth always grow in behind them. I have asked about getting them pulled every time she has this problem. They tell me they don't want to pull them yet, to let them fall out on their own. Yesterday she had an appointment to get her annual cleaning. They called me into the back with her to show me the pictures the just took of her teeth. The dentist proceeded to lecture me on not having had them pulled out sooner. So I say to the dentist y'all told me y'all didn't want to pull them, to let them fall out on their own. He says "I've been here ten months and I didn't say that " so I say well it sometime last year and I don't know who said it but it was said to me from here. He decides he doesn't want to argue and proceeds to tell me that I can go make an appointment with the receptionist outside and we'll get them out next time. I didn't schedule the appointment. I will not be called a liar because a dentist feels to butt hurt that his incompetence caused this problem for my little girl. Instead I told them no and left. I have now scheduled my daughter an appointment with a new dentist, thank the lord. Rude staff, rude dentist, no regard for the affects their decisions have on the mouths of the children.

I recently had my first visit to Taylor Dental. I've been to many Dentist's Offices over the years and have to say I was VERY impressed with the level of courtesy, care and professionalism I received here. They were able to take care of my X-rays, examination and cleaning on my first visit which, due to my schedule, was GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you guys for fitting me in...keep up the good work! :-) What a difference a couple of years makes! I'd written the above review previously and now feel compelled to let you know that the above is sadly no longer true. I went in about a week ago and they refused to perform x-rays, cleaning and exam during the same visit. I was told by their clinical team leader, Ikema Chew, that it would be impossible to have those services performed during the same visit. She was arrogant, bordering on nasty, and suggested I seek care elsewhere. I'm almost sixty years old and have had my teeth cleaned about every six months for over fifty years. I've never run into this situation before at any other dentist's office. If every other dentist's office is able to accomplish it, why can't Taylor Dental? The office manager, Kim Stoker, stood behind Ikema's claim that it wouldn't be possible to schedule the aforementioned services for the same day. She said they were short one dental hygienist and had been trying to hire someone since October. I can't imagine it taking that long to hire someone if it's a reputable office. At any rate, if you have a choice, I'd highly recommend seeking care elsewhere!

I use to like Taylor Dental until I called with an emergency one day and some woman named Carmen answered and I was crying and told her my tooth was hurting and nothing I have been doing has worked but she just told me that they don't except adults after 3 and I kept trying to tell her nothing was working like rinsing with listerine or anything wasn't working she just sat there on the phone not saying anything like I was dumb. Use to when I called and had an emergency it was no problem or at least the assist would suggest them send over antibiotics what happened? I will no longer use Taylor Dental!

The office was very clean. All of the staff members were very friendly. All of the technicians seemed to be very proficient at their positions. The dentist was kind, gentle and was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns detailing her plan for my dental health.

WOW! Finally, I experienced great dental care and customer service on a FRIDAY at Taylor Dental. Upon entering this location I was properly greeted with a smile from Carmon Johnson and Michelle Clemons which they took care of my paperwork and directions. I was then introduced to Diontay, Dental Assistant, for more great professional instruction and attention to detail on procedures, x-rays and he immediately allowed me to see the Dentist, Dr. Hannah. Dr. Hannah was caring, honest, professional and very courteous to my needs. I also spoke with the Office Manager, Kim Stoker, who was just as professional and courteous which speaks volumes, especially during this trying times. They took required exams & x-rays to diagnose my condition and left me feeling very confident that this dental office will be serving and advising me of all my dental needs now q in the future. Thank you to the good team at Taylor Dental in Monroe, LA.

Most of them where nice but me having a trauma at there facility and needed someone there with me was something to get an attitude about. The procedure went better than expected but they wouldn't prescribed anything nor did they give me anything for the bleeding except the gauze in my mouth. My worst dental experiences have been here.. idk how they get away with working on children

So I had a horrible experience for me and for my children. I have went to get my teeth checked for everything bc I was wanting to get braces they didn't tell me I had any cavities I go to the orthodontist two days later they tell me I have three cavities so I call taylor dental and they tell me they have nothing charted and I'm having to tell them I know I have cavities the orthodontist showed me on my X-rays so I go back to get my fillings and they did one of my fillings incorrectly. now to my kids. They did not do there caps right and I took my son to another dentist today to find out he has an extra tooth in the front that taylor dental capped like what the heck did not even realize he had a tooth that did not belong there!! Thank God I found a different dentist for my children that actually gives a dang! HOW DO YOU MISS SOMETHING LIKE THAT!! By far one of the worst dentist I have ever been to do not recommend at all!!
