I'm not sure how good their work is, but if you judge an office by their phone staff, then they are terrible. I called to try to make an appointment, they told me I had to call another number, which I did, the person at the other number seemed annoyed that I even called. They were not helpful and because of this, I wouldn't even try their orthodontist. Customer service is how you get new customers and have repeat business. If you don't have good customer service, you will lose business, as they did with me.

The ladies at the front desk are so nice and friendly and the doctors are very informative and helpful and my kids always enjoy their visits !!!!! I recommend this place 100%.

Even the wait was long because of covid precautions. The lady cleaning my teeth was thorough, and explained everything. She was smooth, and checked up on me every second. The x-ray guy was in a rush to get me out but he did his job. Good cleaning.

First and foremost they don't allow parents in the back due to "covid precautions." My daughter had a fill in procedure, about 30 minutes later her lip began to swell and she experienced pain. I was given no follow up paperwork, aftercare instructions etc. I tried to call the dentist only to learn that they had closed early with no aftercare number provided. My daughter has been suffering all weekend, she will not return.

DONT GO HERE FOR BRACES. They frequently cancel braces appointments especially after you finish paying for them. As soon as we finished paying for my braces all my final appointments, like for impressions, kept getting cancelled for months. We weren't even able to reach them on phone most of the time. We finally got someone on the phone who said the next appointment is October, which would mean I've been waiting four months to get my braces off. Bad customer service.

I've been a patient here for all my life and it's always the same friendly and positive environment! the staff is super nice and helpful! Arie takes care of me and my family every appointment we have! She makes sure we get in and get everything done, all while keeping a smile on her face, he smile makes me smile! i look forward to seeing her when I open the door that's how I know it's going to be a good visit!

It's the perfect location and the workers are a reflection of it. From the receptionists up to the doctor, over the course of my last 10 years, they've been great and productive. One of the receptionist Arie, pretty much give us family vibes now. She's very welcoming, social and informative. It's the consistency for me.

At first I didn't like the fact that the parents couldn't go to the back with your child but I have to say Dr. B and her assistant made my daughter feel welcome, relaxed, and they were both sweet. My daughter actually liked it and wants to come back.

DR IGOE 1st examined me before the films and assured me all is well even tho I expressed sensitivity n pain. He SAID it may b old fillings that need 2 b refilled and "HE'D SPEAK 2 ME afterward films n cleaning which HE NEVER DID! The cleaning was not thoroughly done. He never did SPEAK 2 ME AFTER, someone else told me I had bone loss, never addressing the pain. She said I need a periodontist and I had 2 ask 4 referrals, so my CURRENT issue which is sensitivity n PAIN was NEVER ADDRESSED! I had 2 contact my insurance 2 explain what happened n ask how 2 resolve my current issue on my own & what are the next steps 4 me 2 take concerning pain n sensitivity. IT WAS VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM START 2 FINISH!!!
