I have been trying to get an orthodontist appointment for my daughter for 3 days. The first day one of the reps. said hold on and transferred me no answer. I spoke to another rep. she put me on hold for twenty something minutes. I decided to call from my other phone while still holding, so a very nice gentleman answered the phone. He apologized for my inconvenience. He told me he would give my information to the ortho team. Well it's Monday and no-one have given me a call, so I decided to call again, because my daughter is in extreme pain. Today I spoke to another rep. she told me she could not set up any appointments for ortho team, so she transferred me. I than held for four minutes which was not bad, but only to talk to another rep that told me to hold again and then she told me she could not make an appointment for the Ortho. team. She than told me to call back on tomorrow. Will she ever get an appointment?

I love the atmosphere when you walk in. My daughters appointment went exceptionally well. Jesse really helped me when it was time to schedule my daughters next appointment, as well as my nephew. He is one of the most kind and considerate in this office. Highly recommend this office for any age kids.

I loved Taylor Dental !! The staff is very professional & friendly, I loved how they accepted adults as well! The staff, doctors and the place itself is great and you can tell they are really a family orientated business. I will definitely recommend Taylor Dental to all my family and friends

Hands down the best dental office. Jesse was a big help. I was able to get both my kids appointments on the same day with no problems. Jesse even helped get their next appointments scheduled. My kids love this office as well.

I prefer Taylor dental than any other dental places. I feel comfortable with the employees and the environment there was something I enjoyed. The female dental assistant (Bianca) was my favorite from my first appointment because she was professional and answered my question that I had and was easy to converse with. After my first visit I continued to go there and don't regret the decision of staying.

My son comes to the office for orthodontic treatment. The treatment coordinator Ileana is amazing. She explains everything in detail, and answers all the questions needed. Shes very sweet, and amazing at what she does. Thank you again, excited to begin this journey with this amazing staff and office! Highly recommend!

This establishment is very accommodating absolutely based on making you feel comfortable while also making new smiles I went in for my braces they made my p.o.v. change about the dentist and also shout out to Ms.Dashanae-P.c Ms.charelle -D.a they were lovely very helpful and sweet..
