I don't understand why people are giving them 1 starts , only because they don't like how they treat the customers according to them , okay must places in baton rouge treat the customers bad, but this location by government street were nice to me, they explain what was going on and I told the doctor if she could pulled my tooth out and she did , she did a good job also! People don't be so hard on them , they are trying their best to help all of us! The girl at the front desk is very nice so definitely I will go back here they were fast also ! I got my tooth pulled the same day , I really appreciate the doctor for doing it ....

only reason they get a one star is the one I. Lafayette more nice and friendly... called just to make an appointment several times they picked up talking to other staff member I held on for 15 min both times .... once they answered he is supposed to have back teeth extracted she said the front teeth... lady don't even worry about it

This place has awful customer service and is very disorganized. They treated me like an inconvenience for trying to make an appointment. The workers had me waiting in the lobby for over an hour just to tell me to go home and reschedule, since their xray machine was broken.The machine was broken before I got there apparently (according to the desk workers), but they called me an hour before my appointment to confirm that I should come in for the xrays... The person that called to confirm my appointment the day of was not based in the BR office, so there seems to be a lack of communication between offices. I tried to reschedule the next day and they transferred me 4 times between the scheduling department and the BR office. Both the scheduling department and the BR office can make appointments, but I was told by the scheduling department that only the BR office can schedule orthodontist appointments and they can only schedule general dental cleanings... I was told that they'll get the BR office to call me back. I never got called back. I clearly brought up trying to schedule an orthodontist appointment each time I was transferred to the BR location but they kept telling me that I have to schedule with the scheduling department... Overall, it has been a confusing and terrible experience. I don't even know if I clearly detailed everything but if I could give a worse rating then I would.

I hated the office in whole DON'T GO but 5 stars for Marquis Anderson she was GREAT! Helpful , nice , and patient. Answered all questions and was very gentle.

I missed an appointment so I attempted to reschedule online. Upon arrival I was told my child was not on schedule and that online appointments are not scheduled unless you call to schedule. From there they agreed to still see her. They did not allow any parent to go in with her. I overall felt uncomfortable with them being so disorganized and not allowing a parent to accompany my 3 year old daughter in for a procedure.

I gave 2 stars because the dentist was nice but my filling came out 6 hours after it was done I don't think it's suppose to do that

Baby I wouldn't bring a pet DO Not I repeat DO Not go here for Nothing!! My daughter had a appointment she received her examination they told her to come back same day Right!!? Ok my daughter who is 20 years old & who has had treatment before from a dentist never had this type of experience anyway my daughter text me to tell me mom this hurt so bad I'm like it shouldn't be hurting like tht do you need me to come in she tells me no about a hour later my daughter get in the car crying the dentist tried to extract my daughter tooth with a absence she kept sticking my daughter and her mouth wouldn't get numb now anyone with common sense know you are supposed to be put on antibiotics first for the infection then see if it could be extracted if it wasn't for my daughter being with me I would have flash out more then I did this place will kill you!! I Would Never Ever Go Here !

Do you know what it's like to hear your child's scream from a place that you're told that you can't accompany her in because of COVID! How do you build a good rapport with the parent and child if you're using COVID as a barrier to separate the mother from the child! I wasn't even presented with the necessary information for me to make an informed decision about my child's treatment plan, I had to ask. I'm never ignoring my intuition as a mother again. They do allow parents to accompany their kids. I think it's very unprofessional for a Medical Professional to not consult with the parent about a procedure that didn't give my daughter a pain free experience. Complaint filed. TMH sit high and look low.

this was my child's 4th visit. All four of my kids go here now & im glad I switched dentist!! The staff is excellent, super nice & helpful with is a 10/10.

This place needs to be shut down ASAP. First off, how can I not go into the back with my 1 year old. Then EVERYONE is rude and have nasty attitudes. I would not recommend to ANYONE. Also, I took off from work to bring my child then they say "oh we can't see him today." That was very unprofessional. You think they could have told me that before making the appointment. The place is nasty and trashy and so are the staff.

Kool Smiles with a new name. We got braces for our son. The staff is extremely friendly I will not lie on them. But since this change of name, idk if the staff has changed, policies etc. but my experience with them has gone from a 9 to a negative 10 if I could rate it that low. He got his braces removed, teeth are absolutely beautiful. Had a follow up appointment to check to see if he would need to continue to wear the retainer. Had a family emergency and missed the appointment. When I tell you I have called about twenty times. Either no one answers, or they pick up and put you directly on hold without saying hello and asking if you mind being put on hold, hold times up to 20 minutes and I then have to hang up because I too work in customer service and this should all be customer service 101. After paying that much money on a service it's more than frustrating when you literally can't get in touch or speak to one single person in the orthodontist department at Taylor Dental. And yes I'm aware they're only there certain days. I have even left voice mail. Next stop I'm gonna have to just walk in and ask for a manager at this point but living two cities over, it sure would be helpful if the staff actually did what they were supposed to do and just answer the phone.
