At first my experience was nice. Her office IS nice, cozy and professional and she was kind and pleasant, however, then I got a filling and I complained numerous times about the distinctive line between my tooth and the filling. She told me it was normal and nothing to worry about. I proceeded to get a root canal and while waiting for the approval for my crown... the filing that I consistently complained about CAME LOOSE on a Friday while I was eating. I called, left a message and hadn't gotten a call back so I called on Saturday and she answered, told me that she got my message but I guess didn't feel the need to return my call yet. Then apparently got my name mixed up with another patient of the same last name with appointments. Nonetheless, I went in on that Monday when I was supposed to be scheduled for a root canal (she said she mixed me up with another patient of the same name) but this filling came loose. She did repair the filling but also blamed it on my tooth possibly bleeding (which it had not) as to the cause of the filing coming a loose, not the fact that I complained about the distinct separation from the moment it was done. If that all wasn't insulting and uncomfortable enough, after finishing the repair of the filling, I asked was I still getting the root canal I was scheduled for? She said no and that it would probably be better if I went to another dentist (she referred me to Western Dental) to get the rest of my dental work done "so that I wouldn't be disappointed". So I guess I was wrong for being displeased about a distinct line between my tooth and almost clear filling in the front of my mouth and even more wrong for going back to her for repair after it inevitably came a loose. I'm not sure what I did wrong other than go back when my filling came out and instead of even trying to communicate, she cast me off like I was a waste of her time. That's whats disappointing. I spoke so highly of this business and the owner and she did me like that. So I guess you just have to be sure your teeth are already perfect to go to her. Mine wasn't and I think that was the problem. Lesson learned.
