We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, any major credit card, or Care Credit.

This was my first visit. I was a little nervous. My hygienist put me at ease. She explained every step. I knew what to expect next. I haven't had a cleaning in 2 years. My teeth in the back needed some serious cleaning. The hygienist did a superb job making sure the teeth were thoroughly cleaned. I knew the hard to reach teeth would require some extra attention. I was impressed with Tates Creek Dentist office on my first visit. The staff were nice and polite. The office and rooms were clean great view of the outside. They took time to talk to me an explain my options. I also liked that they stay open late, the 6pm appointment was great for me. I went back to the Dentist on the 13th of October and got the same warm welcoming and I still recommend this office because of this it makes you relax and not have to worry about what's going to happen, in other words I trust them with my care.

Lazy employees and poor excuse for dental work. Expect to leave the office with sensitive teeth or needing a root canal! I do not recommend!! Save your teeth and go elsewhere.
