I don't leave reviews very often, If I could I would not even give one star for how unprofessional this office seemed. [My boyfriend went in for wisdom tooth extraction, was told by other dental offices he would need to be sedated. (But without insurance this office offered the best price for what we could afford at the moment) They did not call to confirm our appointment, nor did they give any instruction or information on what the procedure would entail. Once they did the procedure my boyfriend said, "they were really brute, it felt like a car mechanic, not a dentist, was working on my mouth." Was prescribed pain meds that did not do anything, called to see what they would offer, a lady answered who told him, take ibuprofen and mange the pain on your own] the staff was just very unprofessional overall, but I guess is true what they say YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, OUR ADVICE TO ANYONE NEEDING WORK PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO ELSE WHERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT (Irma H on the other hand was very helpfully and very kind and also very informative-we appreciated her care over everyone)

Called to have my twins wisdom teeth extracted. They informed me we had a few missed appointments and they won't see anyone from my family. This was a few years back when my twins were not doing well mentally. Sarah the patient manager was very rude from the get go. I tried explaining to her why the appointments were missed. I asked for a recap of our "missed" appointments because I honestly don't remember. She said it didn't matter and she wouldn't give me the info. Dr. T. has been wonderful when I have gone to him in the past with 3 other children. as for his office personal they have always been rude. Not the kind of practice I want to use again anyway.

My granddaughter (18) was scheduled, to have her molars extracted. She was heavily sedated, as she walked out of the office, she said Dr. Tarsitano's medical assistant had accidentally slipped, he told her "that wasn't helping" my granddaughter thought he was being mean. "See Something Say Something." I'll be sending him an email, asking him, to treat his staff, with respect, and if you have something to say wait until out of ear shot from the patient.

If a tooth extraction can be a positive experience, then my experience was. Thevextraction was painless as were the local anesthetic infections. I had no pain at all, before, during or after the procedere. My one caveat is that I need to know specifically what infections I was given as I have been reacting to the meds with nausea for four days so far.

I didn't like how they treated us. I did appreciate the fact they did help. But when I told them that my kid is special needs and that talk down upon her. I correct them and stand firm stating you don't treat anybody like that. They actually argued with me. When they are the ones being the bad example. Don't take your kid here if you have a special need child. They don't show compassion.

They were all friendly and I had a great experience they do a very great job here. I recommend coming here if you need your wisdom teeth out. They took good care of me.

The staff members are rude and incompetent! First time I tried to get my wisdom teeth removed the staff missed my IV vein three times. When I rescheduled they had me take a pill for anxiety and then abruptly canceled my appointment. Had very poor explanation about my prescription also! All that trouble for nothing. The staff constantly miscommunicated and we're very unprofessional. This practice should be investigated.

Very upsetting experience with the front desk staff. The lady was abrupt and rude without any warrant. I know how hard it is to work in this industry but her behavior was very unprofessional and unkind. I won't be back

Irma and Sarah were FANTASTIC. Very patience with all of my questions and wonderful bedside manner. I didn't have the opportunity to say much to Dr. Tarsitano but he's a Navy Dentist and well qualified; his loyal staff has been working with him for 20-30 years! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Sarah called me 2 hours after I left the office to make sure everything was okay. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Free consult before committing to the procedure also. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any dental needs.

Irma and Sarah were FANTASTIC. Very patience with all of my questions and wonderful bedside manner. I didn't have the opportunity to say much to Dr. Tarsitano but he's a Navy Dentist and well qualified; his loyal staff has been working with him for 20-30 years! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Sarah called me 2 hours after I left the office to make sure everything was okay. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Free consult before committing to the procedure also. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any dental needs.

Don't know what the other reviews are talking about but my experience was nothing like other people said. Everyone was very nice and explained the process very well. On the day of my appointment the nurse who walked me through everything always had a smile and again everything that was going to happen. In one day I got all four wisdom teeth removed with no problems and got a call from them after to check if everything was ok.

Absolutely amazing staff and service! I have a hard time getting numb an they took it step by step he got the main nerve first shot and waited. I am terrified about going to dentist but was so comfortable there. They go me in for am emergency appointment as soon as I called said come on down and got me in extremely quick! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Got all my wisdom teeth removed at two different occasions here. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Dr. Tarsitano is very skilled and knowledgeable making a swift and painless procedure everytime!

They have ONE friendly staff member who seatbelted my son into the car.. The gig they have running there is ummm.well.. Subpar to say the least. Take your$ and body/child to Dr. Thrasher/Herrera instead. The office- Tarsitano- never called to check on my son who had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 5 days ago. Unacceptable & unorthodox. One staff- who works in the O.R. was 45mins late- came in looking like she hasn't slept- black shoulder length hair was super greasy. She was wearing shorts tgat her butt stuck out of & a midriff shirt- no bra. Tarsitano had plenty of time to introduce himself to me & my husband but chose not to. Instead he joked with the office girls about his sports car. Just not professional at all. They didn't give my son an ice pack & sent him to the car as he could BARELY walk& the nurse had to hold him up on both sides! That's not recovery time. F-
