Staff yelled at my daughter because she was crying when coming out of anesthesia. If you've been referred here, don't go! I shared my daughter's story on yelp and Dr Tarsitano personally dm'd me to say I was uneducated and raising my kids on MediCal (as if that makes me a terrible person. I'm not, I have private insurance). But to know this man is treating a vulnerable part of our population so horribly is unacceptable.

The Watsonville clinic has rude staff and doctor is the worst. I will not recommend at all.

Horrible practice, I would not recommend this office to anyone based on my experience. The doctor is aggressive and creates a hostile environment (concerning as a woman and seeing it's all woman staff). My child's procedure was abruptly halted, to which I am currently awaiting resolution and answers. Staff member Sara L, was extremely unprofessional, rude and lacked proper office etiquette. She became irritated, annoyed and passive aggressive when asked questions pertaining to policy and procedure. Upon having her convictions and perspective she went out of he left way to have the doctor stop the surgery. To which my son had already began the medical procedure. Sara stated policy was verbal, to which is not legal due to heresy and inconsistency (that would never hold up in court). My son went through the painful ordeal of commencing and having an incomplete medical procedure. I am awaiting the doctor to respond as to why the receptionists personal perspective/opinions or attitude influenced my child's medical processes. A month and a half has gone by, and the doctor is making it difficult for me to obtain my (kiddos) original records because they are upset I am inquiring and following through the proper processes of claims.

the staffing here is amazing very kind, compassionate, Dr. T was in and out but also kind and know what he is doing!!!hope i never need oral surgery or extraction again... however if need will definitely come back and will reccomend
