Started in 1952 by Dr. Ralph E. Tardugno, DDS, Tardugno Dental Office has been family owned and operated for 3 generations. We are dedicated to providing quality dental medicine, along with friendly and compassionate service. Come let our family take care of yours.
Prior to dental school, he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Tardugno has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years and stays current on his education by completing many continuing education courses throughout the year.
Dr. Mark A. Tardugno is a native of Rome, New York, and graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2019. Dr. Tardugno completed his post-graduate training at Upstate Medical Universitys General Practice Residency in 2020.
Prior to dental school, he graduated from Syracuse University. Dr. Tardugno has also pursued continuing education in Implant Dentistry, completing an American Academy of Implant Dentistry MaxiCourse in Boston, MA.

Poor Dr Mark. It took me a long time for my mouth to get numb (an hour). But he stuck with me never got frustrated and made lite of the situation. I love this office.

Best local dentist in the area! Been going to Tardugno Dental for over 10 years and everyone from the ladies at the desk to the hygienists to the dentists to the billing staff are amazing. They treat you like family and make it so easy to go to the dentist. The hygienists always recommend what I can do to improve my teeth brushing routine and talk about foods to avoid / eat less of to help take better care of my teeth. Highly recommend this business.

Had multiple people recommend Tardugno's to me being that I was new to Rome, and I'm so happy I went through with their recommendations. The staff was very sweet and friendly. I never thought I'd actually enjoy the dentist!

Went there when I was a kid and now my kids see them, staff is amazing and you never wait long. My 7 year old had to have 2 baby teeth pulled when his adult teeth came in behind them, the Dr pulled the teeth and my son wasn't scared and didn't need to be sedated, no tears and it was done, no fuss was made so it didn't turn into an issue, my son felt safe the entire time. They have always gone out of the way to make sure the patients are taken care of no matter if paying cash or using insurance, they care and make sure you get what you need.
