Our specialist, Dr. Nihar Tanna, has been creating beautiful smiles since 2003. Dr. Tanna received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and masters degree in orthodontics from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in Morgantown.
He was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society and is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Dental Association, and Tri-County Dental Society.
Dr. Sandra Yen is a board-certified orthodontist who strives to provide quality care while shaping positive experiences for each and every patient. Dr. Yen graduated from Stanford University with honors and received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UCLA, where she graduated in the top of her class and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society. She obtained her certificate in orthodontics from Montefiore Medical Center in New York City, the university hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
As an Inland Empire native, she loves serving her local community and feels very blessed to be in this profession of creating smiles. She is fluent in Mandarin. In her free time, Dr. Yen enjoys jogging, hiking, trying new foods, working on arts and crafts projects, and spending time with her beloved rescue Chihuahua.
Dr. Ava Chung was born in Taiwan and came to America when she was young. She received her bachelors and masters degrees in chemistry at UCLA. She graduated from UCSF dental school and received pediatric dentistry training at Loma Linda University. Dr. Ava is a board-certified pediatric dentist.

Be careful!! they only except PPO! bad customer service and they don't tell you or check your insurance

I had braces for a little over 5 years because I had an overbite I wanted to fix. After having teeth pulled I was concerned how it would look. I love how my teeth came out! Dr.Tanna corrected a gap that was formed after my teeth came together. I had a permanent baby tooth that he removed so one quarter of my mouth has one less tooth, but he did a great job lining up the teeth and did the best he could.

Dear Tanna Orthodontics: When I was told by my mom that I needed braces, I was horrified. The sheer thought of getting braces was a pure nightmare and I had begged my mom to let me live with it, but she insisted. The day I went to go get my teeth checked out, I felt like a black rabbit on snow; helplessly exposed and no where to run. Then, I was introduced to the whole process. Everyone was very patient, answered all of my questions, and didn't make it sound scary at all. Now whenever I visit to get my braces tightened or to get a new wire, I feel extremely comfortable with my surroundings as if all along a were just another white rabbit on snow. :)

My son had a dental emergency and Dr Tanna saw him after hours. Dr Tanna cares about his patience. His staff is polite, courteous, and friendly. I am recommending Tanna Orthodontics.

Everyone at the office are nice and caring. As one of their patients I always feel welcomed and relaxed. I had braces before and I would go to Dr.Bottala (which I don't recommend) and I prefer everyone who work with Dr.Tanna over Dr. Bottala I alaways look forward to my monthly check ups. They are wonderful people.
