My professional background brings many years of experience in different areas of managerial roles. I received MS in Project Management from Minnesota University. Im very excited to bring these leadership attributes into Tangle town dental. I oversee the day-to-day operations and serve as a liaison with the firms human resources, accounting, and records management departments.
Here are some fun facts about me! One of my favorite activities is spending time with my grandkids. I enjoy volunteering in my local church community. In my free time I love to garden, cook, and bake. I am also a beekeeper.
I have been in the dental field since 2004. I worked severalyears in the customer service field so those skills are useful inmy job at Tangletown Dental. My interests include watching my nephews at their sporting events. In my spare time, I love towalk my dog Charli, read, travel and just have fun.
I joined the Tangletown Dental team in 1997. I assist Dr. Dau in all aspects of dental care. It is a real pleasure to witness our patients transformations as they receive the dental care they need. Dr. Dau does not only fix teeth, he changes lives as well. I am very proud to be a part of that process. Dr. Dau brings great new technologies to our patients so they continue to receive the best dental care. I am married and have two children and three dogs. In my spare time, I like to walk and read.
My primary duties as a dental hygienist include cleaning and polishing teeth, instructing patients on good oral hygiene habits, providing preventive services, and working alongside Dr. Dau during examinations and treatment. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them maintain healthy, clean smiles. I strive to be personable and gentle to make visits as easy and comfortable as possible. My husband, Paul, is wonderful and I am truly blessed to have three amazing sons. In my free time, I love visiting with family and friends, spending time outdoors, going on vacations, and camping.
I began my career as a dental hygienist in 2008 after receiving my Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene and have loved every minute of it! My passion has always been in healthcare and making a positive impact in others lives has been incredibly fulfilling. I take pride in making sure all my patients are comfortable, are treated with the utmost respect, and get the best care possible at each visit.
I live close by the clinic, so youre likely to see me walking around the neighborhood with my golden doodle, my children, and my husband. In my free time I enjoy biking, running, walking (anything to be outside!), cooking, traveling and most of allspending time with my family!
I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2000. And to this day, I am blessed to be able to say I still love my job! Helping to make sure my patients get the experience they are looking for at Tangletown Dental, is very important to me. Everyone is different and unique, and we strive to treat every patient as the individual that they are.
I live with my two children, and dog, in Plymouth. On summer days, you will find us on a baseball or softball field, or at the family cabin on the lake. In the winter we are sledding, skating or cooking together and watching movies. Whatever we do, we try to have some fun! Im excited to be on this team, and look forward to someday meeting you!
I started my career in dental hygiene in 2010, I knew from my late teen years I was destined to be in healthcare. I enjoy meeting new people and building long term relationships with patients. I have a patient focused philosophy when it comes to dental hygiene therapy by promoting proper dental health care, wellness, respect, and happiness with each individual visit.
Ive been a Minnesotan my whole life. I grew up in Prior Lake and currently live downtown Minneapolis with my husband. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, baking, yoga, traveling, trying out the newest restaurants Minneapolis has to offer, and warm summer nights spent outside.
Dr. Dau and his wife, Denise, live in Plymouth, MN with three children. He is a graduate of Hopkins High School and completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In 2000, Dr. Dau graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Dau is committed to delivering the best quality of care for his patients and remains dedicated to continuing his education and learning the latest dental technologies.
In his free time, Dr. Dau enjoys fishing for muskies, entertaining family and friends, and running around with his kids. Dr. Dau coaches traveling soccer, as well as hockey. He also enjoys volunteering at his childrens schools.

Very happy with my experiences at Tangletown Dental. The staff is friendly & efficient and Dr. Dau is great. He fixed my chipped tooth in 15 mins and it looks perfect. Highly recommend!

The office is like a beautiful log cabin. The staff is friendly and the hygenist was gentle during my cleaning. Came in for a chipped tooth repair and was in and out in 15 minutes. My tooth looks like it was never chipped. My family has been with Dr. Dau for decades and followed him to this location. Definitely recommend.

I have always loved going to Tangletown Dental. We were first attracted to it because it was right in the neighborhood and the building is like walking into a beautiful, spotless, comfortable home. Dr. Isaacson was wonderful and now Dr. Dau is keeping up the stellar reputation of the clinic with continued investment in state of the art tools and technology. Even though I now live 30 minutes away, I still drive back -- I love the friendly front desk (they always remember my name!) and the hygienists are gentle and always asking what they can do to make you comfortable. 5 stars!!

Tangletown told me "all services covered" and upon initial visit the hygienist said " we called ahead to your insurance company" so recommended a full mouth xray......but was really an 80/20 split. I know benefits are the onus of the person to investigate but they skewed messaging. Do NOT trust them... they're in it for money!!! I moved after to Hale Family Dental and they are amazing!!

The place is fine. It is your average dentist. The waiting area is very small which is not great during covid. I have had hygienist I liked and others I did not. The dentists are also fine. Every time I go I swear they ask me the same questions about my teeth. Like don't you guys talk to each other or put things in the chart. Every time I have to explain why I only have three wisdom teeth which is not a big deal but I always wonder what they write in the charts if not about my teeth.

Dr. Dau and staff were great!! I've had some traumatic experiences at the dentist before which leaves me very timid and picky. They did a great job and were very patient with me. The facilities are beautiful as well!

Love everyone in the office Dr Issacsson is great! I have bad dental anxiety and lots of dental problems. They are patient with my anxieties And have worked with me to find the best possible solution for my issues. Finished up some work today and couldn't be happier with the outcome!
