Therefore, he makes it a point to explain your proposed treatment plan carefully and unhurriedly answer all of your questions. Only then will he take you gently through your treatment. Dr. Jason Moore is pleased to be able to offerbeautiful smiles to his neighbors in Tampa and the surrounding area. The doctor earned both his bachelors degree in Microbiology and his dental degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Moore has completed numerous post-graduate programs on cosmetics, advanced occlusion, and other disciplines of dentistry. This training has enabled the doctor to treat simple to complex dental problems. Dr. Moore lives in the area with his wife, Bonnie and their two children Audrey and Jacob. He is a tremendous Gator fan and enjoys supporting Gator athletics.
Dr. Moore provides dental care in a relaxed fashion. Generally only one patient is treated at a time so that his undivided attention can be given. Modern quality oriented dentistry takes time and a meticulous approach, using the best in dental technology and materials. Dr. Moore hopes that this practice style will attract patients that appreciate and share his philosophy.

Dr. Moore has been my dentist for over 15 years now. He and the rest of the staff have always been amazing. No hassle to get in, no extra services pushed on me, friendly and clean! Highly recommend

Cleaning was fine. Dental tech was quite nice. Front desk misinformed me about my dental coverage. Paid what was expected at checkout. Then, a couple of weeks later received another bill. Oops. Yes, I paid the bill but certainly not happy that I had been misinformed. Lesson learned. Contact insurance company before any visit. Don't rely on office staff.

Lost my oldest crown and Dr Moore had it back perfect before the afternoon was over!! Best dentist ever!! Office staff is excellent. The dental assistant was efficient and very pleasant. I heard laughter among the staff..rare in business these days

Excellent preventative care, and oral surgery when needed. Staff and doctor are professional and friendly. Never an upsell which is appreciated. Highly recommend for good, conservative dental care.

I transferred as a new patient and the process for Dr. Moore's office to get my X-rays and check my insurance was extremely easy and efficient. When I arrived, all of the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The new patient paperwork wasn't a bore or complicated. Erin was my hygienist and she was so kind and fun to talk to. Her cleaning and checkup work was very detailed. She was able to check on my insurance coverage and book my next appointment right there in the dental room. Very efficient!!! I then met Dr. Moore and he is very kind and good at making you feel welcomed and appreciated. I am SO glad I transferred here especially after being at a place where you never got the same hygienist or dentist twice. I'm happy to be a part of the Tampa Bay Smiles family. :D

Would be great - if I could get my teeth cleaned. I went to Tampa Bay Smiles for at least 5 cleanings over a span of 2-3 year. Each visit was great - the oral hygienist was friendly and meticulous, and answered any questions I had. The dentist was also very professional. The problem happened in Dec 2020. I called out of work to go to a morning appointment, and when I arrived the office manager told me I would not be treated - ON THE SPOT. They told me that my insurance had not paid, therefore, they had sent my account to COLLECTIONS - WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. And because my account was delinquent, they could not see me. It would have been nice to know this prior to my visit - as I had taken time off work to be there. (So - prepare for the possibility that you will rearrange your entire schedule, drive out of your way to the office, and not be seen.) I told them I would be glad to pay out of pocket for my last visit, even though my insurance had already processed the claim AND the payment was en-route. The receptionist even went so far as to call my insurance and VERIFIED the payment was en-route while I stood in the lobby for the duration of my appointment time. Ultimately, my bill for the prior cleaning and exam was paid - they denied treating me for the $50 collections fee - which was entirely avoidable. As I stated earlier, I had told them several times that my insurance was going to pay, the payment was just delayed. It has been 3 months since this incident, and the office continues to send me "overdue for cleaning" notices via email and text. I have called them several times over these past 3 months for an update on my account - and they NEVER RETURN THE CALL. Needless to say - as a patient to Doctor Moore, you are WORTH LESS THAN $50 TO HIM AND HIS OFFICE.

Great to finally find a dentist I can trust. Staff was friendly and efficient. Cleaning went wonderfully without any issue. They were well prepared and understood exactly what my insurance policy covered. Never felt rushed nor did I ever feel ignored. It's weird that I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment!

It is always a pleasant experience when I go to Tampa Bay Smiles. Today, I mentioned that our neighborhood was planning a mission trip to Houma Louisiana. They were kind enough to load me up with a bunch of toothpaste to send to those affected by the hurricane. :)

Tampa Bay Smiles has the best staff. They are welcoming and helpful. The dental staff are wonderful with kids and adults. They keep my kids at ease and they do a good job. We've been coming here for 10 years.
