I recently changed dentist & Dr Ego was highly recommended. When I arrived I found out why. Number 1, her staff is so nice & friendly, they had answers to questions before I even asked. Dr Ego is the best dentist I have ever had. She did all the deep cleaning herself. She did a minor procedure that I had never had before. I am very pleased with her & her staff & I highly recommend them.

I was persuaded to get veneers to close a small gap between my already straight top front teeth with the promise that My insurance would pay for them and that they would be bright white which I wanted and asked for. I was never allowed to see color samples and make a selection myself. Tamie chose a yellowish gray color against my wishes that she thought was a better match for the rest of my teeth in spite of what I wanted. I was not permitted to sit up and see the color before they were permanently cemented in and when I told her how unhappy I was that my new teeth were not remotely white I was told she could Only correct it if I allowed her to redo my entire mouth with veneers top and bottom. She then billed me for the entire debacle noting insurance declined any form of payment. I cannot recommend anyone who doesn't verify what procedures are covered before doing them and refuses to listen and honor what the customer desires.
