I was very unhappy with the the cleaning result. I don't think anything was done to my upper teeth although I was charged for deep cleaning. No one explained the cost of $250 for the deep cleaning of both upper and lower teeth. The young man handed me a box of toothpaste and a bottle of mouth wash which I was not told of any cost, plus three items were charged and I only received two! The cost of $555.00 was not expected and after 38 years of being a steady customer I was floored by the bill and I very much doubt that I will return

I can't say enough good things about this office - their up to date modern technology and amazing chairside manner. I've been in the dental field for years and am always leery of a new office - but this one exceeded my expectations by far! Thank you Tony - Dr. and her amazing assistant! I've never seen an assistant so on point and ready and professional in every way! Thank you for a great experience!!!

First six month check up since Dr Wolf and Joyce (Hygienist) retired. Change is usually hard. However, Johanna(new Hygienist) has hit the standard set by Joyce. Johanna is very professional , demonstrating up to date technology training and tremendous people skills. She fully explained every procedure and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased with the new team.

Very very happy with Dr's. Wolfe and Layton and love my hygienist, Joyce. Not happy with recent visit. Dr. Layton was not there today; so this review on 5/ 19/22 ; has nothing to do with him. All the original hygienists have left and I said to the secretary, when the appointment was made, that I didn't want xrays. I was told then I could not return to the office, that I have been going to for years. Okay, so I had the xrays and then the cleaning. Tony, the new hygienist was thorough and I said no to the needles for how deep pockets are. Then, he left for 15 minutes and told me that Dr.Kareth said, then I could no longer return. He is the same Dr., that I walked out on weeks ago; as he refused to fix my tooth, and said that isn't done anymore. Even though, Dr. Wolfe, retired, and Dr. Layton had just built up the tooth for me. Again, all positives for Tony(new hygienist), Joyce(my old hygienist, Alicia, and definitely, Dr. Layton.

Everyone was very helpful and patient with me and Tony, RDH was almost as good as my mom (Dee Bricher, RDH) who had worked for many years and retired from Dr Wolf and Dr Layton's office, but as everyone knows mom's are always the best! Looking forward for my next appointment.

This was my first visit since I moved to Naples. All staff helpful and professional. I was so nervous because of bad experiences in the past and I felt very comfortable todays visit. I even had my swollen gums numbed for comfort during the cleaning. Wow that made a big difference. Update , after returning for other visits I feel very conflicted about the practice. Dr Aportela is an excellent dentist and the hygienist is excellent but the billing was very confusing to me and even though I have insurance I have spent over $5000 to have a crown and two fillings and two cleanings. Very very expensive.

Tony did a superior job this morning with my dental cleaning! I've been getting my teeth cleaned for 70+ years. The best I've ever had. LB Johanna was awesome! The best and most thorough cleaning I have ever had. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. All in all a good experience. BB

Run don't walk away from this place. I was a patient of Dr Wolfe since he opened 40 years ago and never had any issues. I schedulued my usual cleaning and all the familiar faces were gone. Including Joyce who was awesome. I signed paperwork that I agreed to the $310 cleaning. They took tons of xrays, cancer screenings etc.and gum screening. I kept asking can I get my teeth cleaned now. Dr. Layton came in and determined that I needed a deep cleaning. Price went to $2200. I was MORTIFIED. I asked if I can just get the $310 cleaning and they refused to do it. One star is too much but I had to in order to post. Needless to say I will never be going back!

Awful dental practice since Dr Wolf and Dr Layton sold the practice They are like used car salesmen Was told by the new dentist I needed a extensive root canal went to another dentist in town guess what nothing was wrong just a sinus infection got on antibiotics and no more pain Stay away from these people They did the same thing to my husband it's a shame used to be a great dental practice not now

Very friendly staff. I was seeing Dr. Wolf and Joyce for over 25 years and thought they were the best. However the hygienist Johanna and Dr.A changed my mind. Cleaning was the best I've ever had. Johanna explained so much about oral health, and Dr. A explained the procedure I would need and why. I'm very very impressed with this new staff.
