Amazing dental office, beautiful and Clean. The staff are all great, professional and very nice always willing to accommodate you. Ive been coming here for more than 2 years. Jennifer the office manager is superb she will personally make sure you have a great experience when you visit. The hygienist is great very sweet, the cleanings are always excellent. she does a very deep cleaning and at the same time she is gentle to make sure is not a painfull process. The dentist Dr.Lopez is also a great doctor he examines you and educates you in anything you need done. My last filling was just a painless process and the price was not expensive at all. best of all they take care credit. Best overall dentist office Ive visited from staff doctors and technology

I can only say that biscayne and tamiami dental center have been a great experience for me . I have learned to lose fear to dentist with them. After moving to the area I was very pleased to find the Tamiami Dental Center: their office staff are wonderfully nice and professional, the Dental Hygenist is very good (and a very sweet lady) and the Dentist is amazing!! Highly recommended!

Dr. Mario Iraheta is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where he completed a post-graduate fellowship in periodontics. He is originally from El Salvador and after graduating from the Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador he attended New York Universitys International Post-Graduate Residency in Periodontics. Dr. Iraheta is a dedicated periodontist with a grasp of the most innovative, minimally invasive new procedures. Dr. Mario Iraheta is licensed by the Florida Board of Dentistry and is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, and the South Florida Dental Association.

Dr. Edgar Karim Lopez attended the University of Florida School of Dental Medicine, where he received his doctorate degree in 2001. Soon after graduating, he completed a one year residency in Advanced General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University. Today, Dr. Edgar K. Lopez provides patients with high quality comprehensive care, including general and cosmetic dentistry, fixed and removable prosthetics, endodontics, oral surgery, and facial rejuvenating treatments, such as botox and dermal fillers. Dr. Edgar Lopez is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Dr. Rafael Urbino is a South Florida native. Dr. Urbino then went on to earn his Dental Medicine Doctor (DMD) degree from the University of Florida in 2004. He then completed a Post-Doctoral Residency at the VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL, where he received advanced training in special needs and hospital dentistry. He also completed training in Moderate Sedation Anesthesia (I.V. Sedation) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Urbino is a member of the medical staff at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where he performs dental and oral surgery for persons with special needs under anesthesia. He is also involved in the oral-dental care for patients with Head & Neck Cancers. He is a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the North Dade/Miami Beach Dental Society, the Special Care Dentistry Association, the Mt. Sinai Medical Center Foundation, and is a Fellow of the American Association of Hospital Dentists (FAAHD). Dr. Urbino is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University-College of Dental Medicine, Institute for Special Needs Dentistry. He is also a Courtesy Professor at the University of Florida-College of Dentistry. In 2009, Dr. Urbino was awarded the prestigious University of Florida Outstanding Young Alumnus Award.

Dr. Isabel Suate received her dental degree from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela in 2005. She completed a two-year general practice residency at the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Suate has training in all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry, special needs dentistry, implants, conscious sedation and Invisalign. She focuses on oral disease prevention, early oral cancer detection and patient education. Dr. Suate is committed to provide excellent dental care to her patients and stays up to date by attending continuing education courses. She is member of American Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Florida Dental Association. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Dr. Eduardo Cruz grew up in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2010. In 2014 he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine. During the same year, he entered the postgraduate endodontic residency program at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. He earned his certificate and Masters in Medical Sciences in 2017. Dr. Cruz developed the Residents Global Seminars program during his residency, which gives the opportunity to endodontic residents to lecture worldwide. Dr. Cruz participated in the 2017 Foundations for Endodontics Outreach Program in Jamaica and served as chief resident during his last year at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Cruz feels blessed to have a skill base that allows him to alleviate pain and restore patients to a state of dental health.

She attended The Pennsylvania State University, where she received a Degree B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She attended Dental School in Philadelphia Pennsylvania at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where she received her Doctorate Degree in Dentistry ( D.M.D). Dr. Checa is a Member of different affiliations and associations: American Dental Association, National Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association, Penn State Alumni Association.

Dr. Checa is committed to service and education. She enjoys volunteer work, outreach programs and is actively involved in Continue Education courses. Currently she is working as an associate Dentist at a private office in Miami FL, and Clewiston FL. Dr.Checa also serves as a Dentist for a non-profit organization CaringforMiami. She is passionate about dentistry, her patients and helping serve her community.

Dr. Saymar Salas graduated from Nova Southeastern Universitys College of Dental Medicine after first obtaining a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Miami Shores. She is the daughter of Cuban immigrant parents and she was born and raised in Miami, Florida.She is a general dentist and she is affiliated with the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association, and the American Student Dental Association.

Dr. Salas greatest passion is building lasting relationships with her patients through continued care and education.She loves changing patients lives through their smiles and she is always very eager to learn about the latest advances and technology in dentistry. She is fluent in both English in Spanish and she is certified with Invisalign and Nitrous Oxide Administration in order to offer her patients the most comfortable and comprehensive care to meet their needs.
