Had the worst cleaning experience there today. The dental hygienist said they were very busy because someone called out so she cleaned my teeth like I was cattle. She was clearly rushing and was super rough! I thought she was going to chip a tooth at one point. It took her 15 seconds to polish my teeth and another 15 to floss - she was pretty much pretending to go through the steps at that point. Then comes the dentist, she looks in my mouth for 45 seconds and says it's all good. They didn't check my gum health either (the numbers they call out), which is so basic of a dental exam. She didn't provide any feedback on anything. Then comes another hygienist to do the fluoride and what a joke! She was getting fluoride on my gum, the inside of my cheeks. She didn't suction it properly so now I'm having to swallow it. I'm going to call my insurance company and let them know not to pay for the full exam because I didn't receive a full exam. My husband found their care very mediocre too so we will be looking for another practice. They should have called and asked if I could reschedule because they were short staffed, but I don't think they care for their patients that much, they would rather get their insurance money.

I always have great service here whether it be dental or simply customer service! The only place I have not dreaded going to get my dental work done and enjoy going too!

Worst dental office ever. Please do not come here. Those people are like a used car salesman. All they want is your money but they won't do a good job.

Great service! Extremely positive, happy, kind, patient, and knowledgeable staff from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The hygienist did my cleaning despite their time of closing was in less than 30mins. This weekend I had scheduled an appointment via online that was a month out; got called today if I could come in due to a cancellation, I was elated! They took the appropriate time and attention to me, very much appreciated!

Typical Dental office. I just wanted a normal cleaning and whitening that's covered by my insurance. But all I was offered is a $497 plan and $98 filling that's not covered by insurance that I would have to pay out of pocket that day or leave and get nothing. No payment options were offered or anything. Take it or leave it.
