First time in years that I finally feel comfortable with a dentist. It is difficult with my medical history to have dental work done and I am so happy to have a dentist who is compassionate and caring. She has been my husbands dentist for quite a few years as well and now I understand why he doesn't mind going to the dentist. They are excellent!!!

I became a new patient of Grande Smiles Dentistry after experiencing a few unethical situations from a Cape May Dentist. My first visit for exrays and evaluation was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Dr Heather Paparone and staff are very profession and give a good sense on confidence. Update 9/13/2022. Today I had the best hygienist and best cleaning with the most caring professional. Her name is Amber and I am recommending her and Dr Paparone as the best dentist and hygienist in the Cape May area.

Today I had the most incredible initial appointment with Dr. Paparone and her dental team! As a retired dentist (who is married to a dentist), I was somewhat apprehensive about seeing a new dentist (after having the same one for 38 years). The staff were well trained and Dr. Paparone was professional, experienced and wonderful!

Having a slight aversion to dentists I am glad to have Dr. Tallio as my current dentist. She always attempts to ease the stress of an appointment, fully explains what the procedure entails. Would highly recommend to others in dental needs.
