So happy my fiance and myself found Tala! Her and Kelly are so sweet, welcoming, and considerate. I went to the same dentist for 20 years and was hesitant to try someone new but so glad I did! They are so gentle and fun to go to. I genuinely enjoy my visits. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Eftekhari is the most amazing dentist! She's super professional and personable. She was thorough and explained everything to me throughout the appointment. Also, my cleaning was extremely gentle. I will definitely be coming back for all my dental needs. 10/10 recommend her if you're looking for a dentist.

I was recommended this place my another dentist who does my braces. I needed extractions and Dr. Tali happens to be my dentist's dentist lol. I gave it shot and I loved it. Her office is super clean and cute. In the waiting area, I felt like it was in a cute chic, ig ready photo-shoot. Kelly is super sweet. Dr. Tali is super sweet. Like they are genuinely really nice people. Dr. Tali kept apologizing for the discomfort I felt when I was getting the shot to numb my mouth even though it's part of the process and you can't help it. But she's so caring and kept rubbing my shoulder to distract me from the needles. And every step that was happening, she talked through it like "okay, now we're wiggling the tooth. Now you're gonna hear a Crack. Etc etc" A few days later, I booked my husband cleaning there. He went to the appt with our 4yr old. Not sure what happened there, but my son wants to go there for his cleaning too lol which is a bit of a surprised cause my son was traumatized from previous children dentist. So until we move areas, I think we found our forever dentist

To whom it may concern, I'm from Framingham, MA, USA, and I've had the same dentist since birth...until now. Upon moving to Los Angeles, I was contacted by Dr. Tala Eftekhari, DDS (USC, not a school to be trifled with, and I went to Harvard!) on LinkedIn via a highly professional and courteous private message inviting me to sample her dental practice. COVID prevented me from procuring a cleaning for over two years and I'm starting a business in America's most fashionable metropolis, thus it was sorely needed. Dr. Eftekhari and her hygienist Kelly were affordable, quick, efficient, adroit and compassionate with my LA River mouth, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I will be settling permanently in Los Angeles as long as this dental practice remains, similar to my prior hometown dental commitment. . Afraid to share because I want to keep the secret that she is the best dentist I have ever been to. My entire family have been coming here for over a year. First of all Dr. Tala is a graduate of the USC School of Dentristy, the premier Dental School in the Country. She has an incredible calming manner. She worked with me and my 9 year old daughter and was so professional. Not only cleaning my teeth but also checking for cavities, xrays, and even fixing a chip on my teeth. Everything that makes a Dentist a 5 star, she has it. A great personality who loves her patients. Now something even more important, her front office partner Kelly is amazing! She is always checking for me for all the coverages and ensuring that we make the most of our visit and get all the required work and cleaning done. They follow up and call back quickly. There is rarely a wait as it is a small operation so you get the warmth and care of a top facility and professional.

There is no option for 7 star otherwise I would give that! What an amazing, friendly and professional practitioner. She asked me to postpone a few filling since it wasn't essential - loved her trustworthy advice.

I just became a patient at Tali Smiles, and Dr. Tala and Kelly are fantastic!! I had to have some restorative work done on my teeth, and there was zero pain or discomfort. Dr. Tala explained thoroughly what her recommendations were, including showing me in detail what my x-rays reflected. Very nice people running a terrific local business, and highly recommend.

Both the doctor and assistant, Kelly, were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I had never had a dentist visit that I actually ENJOYED before. Dr. Eftekhari explained everything she was doing and why. Rather than the same old, "you should floss more" line, she took the time to explain why it's important and showed me how to do it correctly, which no one had ever done before. Comfort-wise, my cleaning was as painless as one could possibly hope for. 10/10, highly recommend.

I am not the fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Tali & her staff made my experience very accommodating & pain free! Happy to have a clean mouth and I'll definitely be back for more services. I highly recommend!!

I went to Dr. Tala Eftekhari at Tali Smiles during peak COVID times, admittedly nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect given the unprecedented pandemic and changes in daily life. I am usually pretty neutral with the dentist: I don't love going, nor do I hate going. After meeting Dr. Tala and starting treatment at her office, my opinion changed: I now LOVE going to my dentist. It had been a few years since I had gone to the dentist and I was scared of needed so much work that I wouldn't be able to afford treatment or that extra treatment would be required. I am happy to report that NONE of that happened. Dr. Tala is a conservative dentist in the best sense of the word. She wants you to save your teeth as much as possible while optimizing your oral health. I got a full exam, x-rays, and a cleaning, along with my comprehensive treatment plan, and the staff was so accommodating. Best of all, she only let one patient in at a time and wiped down EVERYTHING for the next patient. She even has installed Plexiglass at her front office reception desk to minimize exposure and also has a STRICT mask policy. She really motivated me to keep my oral health in the best shape, and I know I will be seeing her every 6 months for the foreseeable future!

I can't recommend this place enough. I've really struggled to find a good dentist and I wish I found Tali Smiles sooner. Their prices were great, their customer service was second to none, and they did such a good job with my teeth. It's hard to find a good dentist, so if you are reading this, stop looking and go here!

For someone who has always had fear of visiting the dentist, I had the best and most relaxing experience at Tali Smiles. Dr. Tala is caring, professional, and excited about what she does. I loved the personal attention and educational information she provided to me during my visit which helped relieve my anxiety. She and her assistant offered services in the most thorough and professional manner. I also love that Dr. Tala constantly stays up to date on the newest technology and procedures. They also had many procedures in place to ensure a clean and safe environment during Covid. After experiencing all the extra precautions they took I felt very comfortable to to schedule a follow-up appointment.

My first visit to Tali Smiles was amazing!! Dr. Eftekhari is so charismatic and her staff is friendly and professional. I didn't feel like she was rushing to her next appointment and she explained everything really well. I especially liked that she wasn't trying to force treatment, but was truly wanting to do the best and most conservative thing for my teeth. The office is so fresh and clean, and they follow all protocols to ensure the office is safe to visit during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eftekhari to my friends and family.
