To my community here in San Diego. Please be careful and avoid this office. I am 36, a business owner and neighbor in the community, father of 3 daughters and husband. Normal dude with a real concern for my safety and that of others. If anyone has questions or wants to know more about my experiences please feel free to contact me. This office is extremely unprofessional and provided me with the worst experience I have ever had at a dental practice. The staff was intentionally going out of their way to make my experience worse. The Dr. himself although appears to be well educated is not out for your best interest. In a nut shell, they tried to perform the wrong surgery, told me it was the right way to do it and than had to back step because of their mistake. Please take this review as honest and sincere. Take your time to find the right place when dealing with oral surgery.

I was never able to remove my wisdom teeth here. I currently attend school in Arizona and was flying in for break to have my wisdom teeth removed here. Unfortunately, due to foggy conditions my plane went back to Arizona mid-flight. My appointment was supposed to be the next morning. I immediately emailed and explained my situation. I also called the very next morning. I was told over the phone I would have to pay a $150 no show fee which I was okay with despite the situation being out of my control. I recently moved back to San Diego for the summer and attempted to reschedule. The front desk lady said they were unwilling to schedule me because I cancelled the day of. I mentioned that I had sent an email, she put me on hold, when she came back she said the doctor still didn't want to see me. Although I understand that the dentist is completely within his right to refuse patients, it also strikes me as unprofessional to not serve a patient given circumstances out of their control.

I was surprised when the clinic assistant told me that they would have to charge me $50 when I requested part mom's chart simply because she said they'd have to dig them out of the storage.

After my consultation they told me they'd call me in a couple weeks to tell me if my insurance was approved. After 3 weeks and no call I decided to check in and call them and they told me my insurance was approved. But I asked if I could not be put under and just have a numbing agent since my procedure was not very invasive. They said they can ask, no problem and they would call me back next day. After another week of no call back I tried again and there was no answer so I left a message with my number. Then I got a letter from them in the mail with my name misspelled saying my case would expire if I didn't call back soon. So I called again the following week. This time reception tells me the doctor rejected the insurance fee and I would have to pay full price for this simple little procedure. Absolutely absurd lack of communication and professionalism. I don't know how this place stays in business. Would not recommend

I don't know why the reviews are so low based on the experience I just had. I had all my wisdom teeth removed. The dental assistant was extremely kind. The Dr talebzadeh Nojan was honesty amazing. From start to finish he made sure to announce everything he was doing and what I should be expecting. He made me very comfortable and was very reassuring through the whole process.

Bad experience, I just received an email from my insurance with a charge!!! The dentist is very unprofessional and his staff is worse!!! The dentist did not even get x-rays or even check my teeth, he said that he was not going to do any work on my teeth and was going to tell my dentist Dr.Lopez to refer me to another dentist!!! I'm will be calling my insurance tomorrow and will sue this dentist!!!

Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed I was surprised on how fast he got them out I was so nervous coming in and all the staff where so nice from start to finish they also give you a goodie bag after the procedure I got a ice pack and extra gauze

My 18yo had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and honestly I was a bit worried. I brought her home and she was without much swelling and no bruising at all. They gave us plenty of helpful information and answered our questions right away when she was feeling pain later in the day. Lovely office and kind doctor. We appreciate your kind professionalism. I am surprised at the lower ratings but they mostly seem insurance related.

Bad experience, TRIED TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT that I had to cancel due to my daughter was exposed at class .Spoke with Lauren and she was very unprofessional .I didn't like the first time i went when you had my disabled child going through a backdoor you need to get handicap accessible doors and entrance .Teach your that staff some courtesy and professionalism when working with general public !!!!!!!!!

Just had my wisdom teeth pulled here today and they were really nice. They could tell I was nervous but they made me feel at ease and it was over before I knew it. Thank you Dr. Talebzadeh for the pleasant and quick experience.
