I love coming to work each day and getting to meet so many new friends. I enjoy the process of getting to hear our patients stories and find out what they want to accomplish with their smile. I am thankful to be part of the solution to our patients goals and orthodontic needs. I have always loved helping others, so this is the perfect position for me!
I have been happily married for nearly 30years to an amazing person who helps me to be my best. We have three beautiful daughters and one granddaughter we enjoy spoiling. I love our beautiful state and going to our various state and national parks. Hiking, camping, gardening, and paddle boarding are some of my favorite things to do. I am also a big fan of college football.
My experience in dentistry goes back 12 years and has included general dentistry, endodontics, and now orthodontics by far my favorite! I love seeing our patients smiles change. My favorite days at work are when we have our braces off parties. It is fun to celebrate such a big day with our patients! I feel so fortunate to have a job that I can look forward to going to each day.
In 2002, I married my high-school sweetheart, Brad. Together we have two girls named Brynlee and Addyson, and two boys named Wyatt and Ayden. We also have two dogs calledSammy and Bridger. Our family loves spending time together and we spend most summers camping or hanging out by the pool. In my spare time, I love to sew, crochet, and read.
I assist Dr. Talbot by helping patients feel comfortable and enjoy their visits, as well as by keeping the back office running smooth to create a positive environment. I have worked in the dental field for almost four years and am loving my adventure into the orthodontic world! The best part is getting to know patients and seeing their confidence and happiness grow as they see their smile transform.
I have always wanted to work in the dental field, and I feel very blessed for the opportunity to work with Dr. Talbot. I help with all aspects of patient care and maintenance on wires, brackets, and ties. I enjoy seeing the beautiful smiles and confidence of patients after their orthodontic treatment has been completed.
Both of my siblings and I got our braces here from Dr. Talbot. We all love our smiles and really enjoy the employees and atmosphere of the office. Now I get to work here! I just earned my Dental Assisting Certificate and Dr. Talbot gave me this wonderful opportunity to work and grow in orthodontics. I love getting to assist Dr. Talbot with maintenance care of braces and with helping patients feel comfortable. I also help the back office continue to run smoothly by helping with sterilization and lab duties. I love meeting new people and getting to help them on their journey to a beautiful and confident smile they love.
I am currently a student at Salt Lake Community Colllege. I love to spend time with my family and friends any chance I get. I also really like to hike, dance, relax on the beach, bake, spend time outside, and try new places to eat.
Dr. Talbot graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University, School of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class. He received his orthodontic training at the Mayo Clinic, one of the finest programs in the world. He is a board-certified orthodontic specialist, which means he completed three additional years of orthodontic training after dental school, then went through the rigorous board-cerfification process. Dr. Talbot believed an orthodontist should be chosen based on results. After all, you are paying for the finished product, not for the braces themselves. He is passionate aboutproducing exceptional results.
Our fees are comparable to thoseof other orthodontists in the area. Convenient zero-interestpayment plans are offered, and weaccept most insurance plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit your insuranceclaims for you. We will work with you to provide a payment plan that will fit your budget.
Dr. Talbot has a conservative approach to orthodontics. He likes to create space rather than extract teeth whenever possible. Early intervention is only performed when it is clearly beneficial. Dr. Talbot'sphilosophy is to treat every patient as if he or she were his own child.
Dr. Talbot uses the most modern methods and appliances available. Digital impressions means no more goop! We use the latest technology including 3D xrays and 3D printing in our in-house lab. Various different bracket systems are offered, including Damon, Pitts, Clear brackets, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. There is no need to consider DIY treatment with mail-order aligners. Our in-house aligner system can be provided at a comparable fee but with the advantage of having Dr. Talbot oversee the entire treatment.
