Dr. Takii was born and raised in Southern California. From his youngest years, he carried a hard-working, hands-on spirit and an innate desire to serve others with compassionate care. This led him to pursue a proud and meaningful career in the U.S. military, with over 15 years of active duty service. Dr. Takii is now making a positive difference in the lives of Taylor families by providing local, relationship-based dentistry.Dr. Takii earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After graduating dental school, he completed a 12 month Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency with the U.S. Army. With a wealth of experience, Dr. Takii is dedicated to providing the very best care for his patient family and continues to stay on top of the latest dental methods. His goal is to partner alongside patients with comforting care, instill confidence, and help others maintain healthy, beautiful smiles for life.Dr. Takii is thrilled to plant permanent roots in Taylor and be a trustworthy presence for his local community. When hes not treating patients, Dr. Takii loves spending quality time with his wife, staying active through CrossFit, traveling, snowboarding, and reading. He also speaks fluent Spanish!

Outstanding dental practice run by very friendly and understanding Army and Navy Vet' Dr Takii. Expertise excellence as only USA Military can provide, very concerned about patient comfort both physically and mentally. Spot clean modern equipment office. Courteous, friendly and efficient staff. Very conveniently located just off rt95 in Taylor. Would strongly recommend (and have already to wider family members).

I felt comfortable when I walked in and through the entire session. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable , and Dr. Takii was honest and explained the procedure in detail and terms I understood.

Dr. Takii is hands down the best dentist I've ever had. He is so patient, explains all the what if's, how to, and why's. He makes you feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor. I'm so glad to have found this dental clinic! I had to make an emergency consultation and Dr. Takii accomodated my request. He was very knowledgeable and patient on explaining my case. He also offered alternative options at a reasonable price. The procedure was quick, effective and painless. Their staffs were very friendly and accomodating too, which helps a lot. I felt at ease during the entire visit. It was a pleasant experience and would definitely go back for future dental care.

My experience with Takii Family Dentistry over the past two years has been nothing short of wonderful. I feel very comfortable with the staff there. The atmosphere is always pleasant. Dr. Takii has a great attitude towards his patients well being, and he's very thorough and professional. On top of all that, he's easy to talk to, answering questions and showing concern to educate and encourage healthy habits. Kudos to Takii Family Dentistry!

Dr. Takii and assistant Sam, were both so friendly and made me feel very relaxed. They help me feel clear about what I need to do to continue taking care of my teeth and which areas of my teeth I was missing when I brushed. The dentist isn't my favorite place but I look forward to going back for my next trip! Highly recommend them

I've never been a fan of dentists. In general, all give me an unreal anxiety. However, it was time for me to face that anxiety, which lead me to Takii Famiky Dentistry. I was beyond pleased with my experience there. From start to finish the staff and Dentist were very welcoming and professional while making me feel like I was the only patient there. The thorough exam of my teeth and consultation thereafter was incedible. I highly recommend this practice to any and every one.
