Dr. Brett Takemoto is passionate about promoting excellent oral health in a relaxed environment. A family-owned practice, Dr. Brett Takemoto, is your neighborhood dentist located in the heart of downtown Livermore, California. He caters to his patients within the community and the surrounding areas of the Tri-Valley.

Dr. Brett Takemoto completed his undergraduate work at the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Biological Sciences in 1990. He graduated from the University of California at San Francisco Dental School in 1997. He also received a one-year fellowship in Prosthodontics at UCSF from 1997-1998.

First employed by his father, Dr. Sam Takemoto, in 1997, Dr. Brett learned the many nuances of dentistry. He eventually became the owner of the practice in 2002. Not ready to retire completely, the senior Dr. Takemoto continued working part time until 2010 when he fully relinquished his dental chair.
