I had to change my coverage due to my age and Medicare. Dr. Ha is a preferred physician with my insurance, therefore I made an appointment with him for a chipped tooth. Dr. Ha and his staff were friendly and professional! Even though my insurance will not cover a crown, since I haven't been insured with them for twelve months, Dr. Ha's fees turned-out to be very reasonable. I am so happy to have found this dentist and we are so lucky to have him in our small town where it's so hard to find a good dentist! Thank you Dr. Ha and Tahoe Dental Arts!

Don't waste your time. They have an online form for appointment requests, which they followed up immediately with questions, offered me a last minute appointment that afternoon that I couldn't make work - then radio silence. When I got back in touch asking if they intended to follow up I was told they were not accepting new patients. Should that not have been the first thing they told me instead of their response after a week of keeping me waiting? If the service is that bad trying to get an appointment, I sure would not want them anywhere near my teeth.

Great feeling to be welcomed when first coming through door. Knowledgeable staff and they take their time to make all your questions are answered and understood. Going to dentist isn't my favorite thing to do but they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. I would highly recommend Tahoe Dental Arts for any of your dental needs.

Very good. Procedure was done with skill and healing was rapid and complete. Minimal wait after arrival before treatment, thorough covering of treatment options. Costs were fair and clearly presented. Very satisfied with my experience. I continue with Dr. Ha and his team though it is an hours drive that takes me past probably 50 dental offices. It would be great if the office was closer, but the truth is I'd keep coming even if they moved farther away! (PLEASE DON'T!) Thanks to you all!

I had a cleaning yesterday. Cathy, the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. The TDA team was quick to point out potential problems and we discovered an old crown causing problems. Dr. Ha and his associates quickly developed a treatment plan and ensured my insurance covered all procedures. Dr. Ha is a top-notch Doctor and is highly recommended. Thanks TDA.
