Our intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, soft tissue lasers, and more all work together to help us better diagnose and treat dental health problems as early as possible, allowing for more comfortable and successful experiences. Digital X-rays are a more modern form of radiography that emits less radiation and gives us instant results on a chairside monitor. DIAGNOdent uses laser technology to detect otherwise invisible decay. Paperless charting keeps your records streamlined for easier access and this environmentally-friendly technology lessens waste as well!
Our operatories are fitted with A-dec dental chairs, considered by many to be the most comfortable in the industry. We also offer blankets, pillows, and sedative methods like NuCalm for your relaxation. Our goal is to help you feel calm and at ease while undergoing your treatment at our Tyler area dental office.
Dr. Tad Morgan grew up in Fritch, Texas. He attended Abilene Christian University before going on to study at Baylor College of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1997. He did his general residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, before moving to the Keller/Southlake area, where he practiced for three years. He then moved to the Tyler area, and he's been here ever since.
Angela joined our practice early in 2012. She has been in the field of dentistry since 1992 as a registered dental assistant! Her advanced knowledge in every aspect of dentistry allows her to provide guidance and training in all areas of the office. Angela loves working as our TruDenta (headache) therapist because she can relate to her patients having migraines and she is able to help relieve their pain. When she is not at work, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and other family and friends.
Leann first started with our practice in 2010, helping patients through diagnosis, treatment planning, and financial arrangements as our Patient Care Coordinator. She began her career in dentistry after attending dental assisting school in 1984. She went on to work as a chairside assistant for over 25 years. For Leann, the continuing advancements in dentistry help keep her career path interesting and rewarding. Her years of experience serve her well in helping her relate to patients the benefits and options of restorative care. Our team is lucky to have her experience and skill in the office!
Brianna is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) through Dental Assisting National Board Inc. who originally came to us from Western New York. Her passion for dentistry began in 2009, when she attended the Western New York Dental Assisting School. She is the fundraising coordinator for the youth group at Christ Gospel Church, and she also enjoys cooking and sewing. She currently resides in South Tyler with her husband Zach.
Renee is a fantastic addition to our dental assistant team. Originally from Lovelady, Texas, Renee attended Tyler Junior College and has completed certifications in Clinical Mastery Occlusion 1, Trudenta, and dental medical responder training. She says her favorite thing about her job is being able to connect with patients and providing a calm, fun environment while working alongside Dr. Morgan. When shes not at the office, you can find Renee cheering on the Houston Texans or spending time outside with her fiance and their two dogs, Robin and Lykos.
After graduating in 1999, Lindi began her career as a dental hygienist and has remained in the Tyler area for over 17 years. She loves caring for her patients and teaching them about how to maintain a healthy smile. Lindi enjoys training with her horse for english hunter/jumper events. She also enjoys boating, fishing, and traveling with her husband and four kids.

The staff here was exceptional! Every single person I talked with from the front desk lady, the dental hygienist, Dr. Morgan, the lady who checked me out and a few others I talked with along the way- they were all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I have been going to Tad Morgan for nearly 20 years! He's a wonderful dentist that truly cares for others . Never had any complaints at all. Today I got my cleaning... it's been awhile! I cannot remember her name but she has red hair and is the most thorough kindest dental hygienist. The front desk lady Marcel is so kind as well!!! Very helpful, all around great people! Thank you

I drive from Houston area to Dr Morgan and he and his staff are worth it! Our family needed guidance on airway and tongue tie issues and I can't say enough good things about our experience so far. This practice has been life giving to myself and my children in their care

Had my regular checkup and teeth cleaning at Dr. Tad Morgan's office this morning. I look forward to going to the dentist, everyone is so friendly and caring there. My hygienist is awesome, thorough and very professional. Dr. Morgan is a great dentist, caring, checks my mouth thoroughly and puts me at ease with his calm manner.

I am so happy with Tad, his staff and my visit. First class service all the way. Tad is a true expert in his field, he took the time to talk with me, answer my questions and come up with a plan. I drove from Houston to see him and he is worth the trip!! Highly recommend.

I am always nervous when I go to the dentist, but the moment I walked to the back, I felt at ease. Everyone I came in contact with, treated me with such kindness. It seemed like such a laid back environment, yet, everyone was so professional. I was so comfortable, and after telling my husband about it, he had me schedule an appointment for him. He hasn't seen a dentist in along time but I am sure he will love this place as much as I do. It was so awesome that I came across such an amazing place and even better that it happens to be only 8 minutes from my house. Love it!

I have suffered from dental phobia for over 50 years. In recent years, I have chosen dentists who offer IV sedation. My best friend has been urging me to see Dr. Morgan for at least 2 years. She kept insisting I might not need IV sedation if I had a dentist who provided excellent care along with a staff dedicated to making me feel at ease. I am ashamed to admit I laughed at the idea such a place existed. From the moment I walked into Dr. Morgan's office, it was like entering a parallel dimension. The lady at the front desk acted as if she were welcoming me into her home, my x-rays were completed comfortably, efficiently, and with warp speed, my gum evaluation was done with tender care, and then I met Dr. Morgan. The first thing I noticed was that his ego didn't enter the room before he did. He acted as if he had just found me in his kitchen and we were having a friendly chat over coffee! I was shocked when he stated his belief that patients should have a say in their treatment plan. I sincerely expected cute, animated forest creatures to start dancing around me as I left the office! After decades of searching, I have finally found my dental home.

As a new patient I was given a thorough exam. Dr. Morgan and the entire staff were extremely nice and welcoming. I was able to get an immediate appointment for my 6 month cleaning.

Dr. Morgan and his team are absolutely phenomenal! The staff is genuinely nice and went above and beyond. I had previous visit with a dentist that did tongue tie releases and he got frustrated with my questions and the overall experience was not good. However, prior to even making an appt., Bri took the time to answer my 1000 and 1 questions and was very thorough. Dr. Morgan and the procedure team were so caring, considerate and fun. He even entertained with his bad...errr....dad jokes!!! Dr. Morgan is an exceptional dentist and has shown me that there are still good, kind and caring medical professionals out there.

Beginning with my initial contact with Dr. Morgan's to schedule my cleaning appointment, the staff were completely professional and very helpful. They answered my questions and informed me of the special considerations concerning COVID-19. When I arrived for my appointment, they met me immediately and ask the screening questions, along with taking my temperature, then assisted me back to the treatment room. They were very friendly and polite, and I had no delay getting back to the room. My appointment went well and my questions/concerns were addressed. I felt very safe having my cleaning appointment at Dr. Morgan's office, during the Covid pandemic, since they took every precaution to ensure my safety. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Morgan and his staff during my dental appointment!

The staff was top notch. Tony was awesome. Dr morgan was very nice and very thorough. I recommend them to everyone looking for a dentist. Clean facility. Did not feel rushed or pressured to do anything I didn't want. Already have my next two appointments set up.
