They are quick prompt, they take pain seriously. My daughter has had a great experience everytime we've gone. They try and limit the amount of appointments if it can be helped. The atmosphere is phenomenal. The waiting room is quite comfortable. The workers are easy to talk to and understand.

I had root canal treatment at Tacoma Endotontic 5 years ago. Recently, I came back for another root canal treatment. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The Doctor is very skillful. I'm very impressed with the services and treatments.

Hey! Thanks for asking. The customer service was amazing, the staff was SOOO helpful and welcoming and went out of their way to be accommodating. I appreciated how you didn't make me feel guilty for needing nitrogen either like my other dentist does. The dentist was very nice also from what I gathered even offering to treat another of my teeth pro bono, which I appreciated and if I could have afforded the crown I would have done happily. My only issue was that even though I paid for the root canal and a filling instead of a crown he left all my old stained filling still in the front of my tooth. He just drilled out the back and filled it, but left my 4year old filling that is stained and weak still attached to my tooth... I don't understand why he wouldn't just replace the small section in the front :/ I was excited to be able to smile agian with out being embarrassed and was really disappointed to realize that it was still left. And paying 750 for the tooth I had high hopes it was going to be beautiful.... that's my only complaint, but I guess I may not understand what a root canal with a filling entails.

They really worked hard to make my sons visit a great experience. They fought in our sons corner for the insurance to pay for his sedation.

From the initial phone call to the after care follow-up Tacoma Endodontic did a great job. Staff was helpful and friendly, and Dr. Marfo did a great job.

This is the most calming dental practice I've ever been too. The staff and dr are so nice and you'll literally feel like no time has passed at all and you're finished! They call the next day to make sure you're okay, check in with you during your appt and care when you call with questions. 10/10 would recommend!

Truthfully, needed 3 root canals, picked Tacoma Endo Studio from my insurance list, reviewed Dr. Marfo credentials and said a prayer like we all do. To my surprised I chose a top notch surgeon that took care of a 20+ year problem in a single visit giving my confidence back. Although Dr.Marfo is a man of few words, "he's about that action BOSS!" (lol). Thank you Dr. Marfo and your entire staff. Epitome of superb customer service from start to finish.

There's a lot of good to share: clean, courteous, kind; but the BEST was they took my son's autistic needs seriously. The beep of the monitor was driving him crazy, and they kept trying to find a solution. A different dentist kept coming in and out trying to problem solve, and they DID (night mode!). Anyway, it meant a lot to me to have him treated compassionately.

Tacoma endodontic studio was very helpful and understanding at a last minute visit with me . The whole team is so wonderful . Johnathan calmed me down and listened to me while I was upset and the doctor was very kind and described every step in detail. I really appreciate the staff over there. I came in again for a second visit due to pain from a tooth that was needing a root canal done hours before my trip to Puerto Rico . I usually pay tons to f money for general anesthesia but today was a different story . I had so much pain in my mouth from just one tooth and very few options as far as anesthesia goes. The assistant assured me that I would be comfortable with just the laughing gas . She was right . I made it through my root canal with out feeling any pain or discomfort . I highly recommend the doctor and his team . They are truly outstanding and helped me take a big step In getting the work done with out being heavily sedated. They are all truly gems ! Ten out of ten for the doc and his team . And a big thank you for making me feel better

Amazing experience! Virtually pain-free. Dr Marfo is amazing and coupled with his outstanding staff it was a great experience! I will be back if I need it! Five stars!
