I am a new patient of Dr. Chand A. Syed D.D.S and my first few visits have been beyond AMAZING! She took her time and fixed everything. The work is also flawless. You can not tell any work was ever done. (Or damage!) She gave me a full smile I can flash again with just 2 visits. I can not praise this dentist and her staff enough. I highly recommend giving her a visit.

Dr. Sayed is very personable, thoroughly knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. She did a great job of telling me what was in need of improvement, coming up with a treatment plan, and providing me several options of what I could do according to my insurance and financial state. Her staff was very polite, friendly, and well trained. I was impressed with the entire experience. I've been looking for a new dental clinic for a while as my previous experiences with other clinics in the area were not that great. I plan to stay a patient there for as long as possible. 10/10 highly recommend.

I went to see Dr. Tabb on August 23, 2022 to get my teeth whitened. Parking was a nightmare . Procedure took a long time and I was bored. I suggested to Dr. Tabb that she put a TV on her wall. She said your eyes are supposed to be closed. Nobody told me to close my eyes or covered me my eyes at all. Laser was shining into my eyes for a long time. Dr. Tabb said I was supposed to get a special toothpaste before I left I never got it. That same evening my eyes began to hurt. I went to the emergency room and had to wait for three hours. The doctor said I might have a small part of my cornea burnt. I was told to see an ophthalmologist . ASAP

Appointments are prompt. The staff are very professional and polite. Good with children. Great work done by the dentist. Referrals are easy to get when more serious works is needed.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone, I am beyond impressed with Tabb Family Dentistry. The staff and the doctor are amazing people. Very friendly and extremely professional and kind. I was so worried about never getting my smile back but I couldn't have been in better hands literally. I already do and will continue to recommend thus office to everyone. I also do not have typical insurance and the doctor went out of her way to work with me. Thank You so much.

We've seen Dr. Syed and her staff since moving here in 2015. Dr. Syed is very thorough and experienced in her field. Unfortunately due to Covid they continue to be short staffed on hygienists but they make every effort to schedule appointments as soon as possible, even if it means that Dr Syed herself is cleaning your teeth. My husband had several issues and she took her time to explain everything clearly and the staff went over covered and non covered costs. They were also very good about seeing him when he had urgent needs and prescribing medication until he could be seen. Their office takes Tricare insurance, most of the BenFeds dental insurances and the staff make every effort to help you get the care needed covered by your insurance.

Im a new client to this office and I want to give some praise on my experience to this clinic and I must say my experience was Awesome!! The staff was kind and pleasant to work with and the Dr her self was very gentle to my fear of needles and my Anxiety this made me feel so at ease and thankful she understood. If I had to refer any Dentists office this one would be at the top of my list. They also have the most updated equipment for this time for any Procedure your getting done which is great to see & experience. I've been here in Virginia since 1995 and I am just finding this great office of service.. I promise you will have no regreats safety is their first priority to each client you will definitely have a great experience and will have no regrets. Come on over & check them out. As of 4/12/22 ..But be aware they do take a while to get back to you for appointments or follow up since making this post it's taken months just to get an appointment and I have to call back to find out when I can get an appointment to follow up on filings or other related Procedures needed. Only to be told it's going to be a while longer.to wait 2 months is crazy when your in pain or the need it urgent. I'm really rethinking my commitments for this office 5 months into my relationship with them. It's been almost 2 months as I wait for a call back for a follow up to a filling so had to find new Denist to take care of my needs and give my mouth the love I felt it needed. Maybe their too busy to keep up I'm sure it doesnt take this long to get insurance approval. But no communication at all is not acceptable. I'm definitely moving on me & my family. But it's your choice to decide if your care is worth the wait. Good luck !!And I hope I have helped.

Simply THE BEST EVER. I will write you a novel. Spoiler: I'm in love with the care I got here, so it's a romance novel. I walked in with a horror story. It had been a long time since I'd had any dental care. A long time. I was worried about the future of my mouth, and I was uncomfortable with the state of my mouth. They made me feel welcome and they never made me feel ashamed. It could be a travel journal. It has been a long, long trip with the doctors, hygienist, and office managing master at Tabb Family Dentistry. They were amazing guides the entire way. Clear about expectations, my role, and what the entire plan was for my care. Including navigating insurance! It's also a self-help manual. They've gotten me ON TRACK with how to care for my whole mouth. I have seen significant improvements in the first few weeks and huge changes by now. Finally, it should be an inspirational story. You can get top tier oral care from compassionate professionals. Just make the call. I wish that I could see your smiling face once you've joined the family at Tabb Family Dentistry.

My visit at Tabb Family Dentistry was excellent. Due to another Medical situation I was late for my scheduled appointment. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to see Dr. Syed for a broken tooth. She was very thorough and took extra time explaining my choices for treatment. From reception, Covid check, initial discussion, X-rays and Dr. Syed, every aspect was very professional and deserving of a five star rating.

The receptionist has a terrible attitude. Won't be returning for my next procedures solely because of her. Came in for fillings today. My previous appointment was for a cleaning. It was my first time back to the dentist in about 6 years due to not having insurance. I now have Tricare because my spouse is active duty. Tricare itself is very difficult to understand most of the time. I was not aware after my cleaning (which didn't require a copay) that my fillings would have one. I informed the receptionist that I wasn't aware and wouldn't be able to make the copay and she got the worst attitude with me and said, "Can you call me in a few hours with a credit card then?" I replied, "Like I said, I wasn't aware of the copay and have been out of work since November because of a surgery so, no, I wont be making the payment today. I wish I was informed of the copay before I scheduled this appointment." To which she replied with a nasty attitude and look on her face, "Its your insurance and your responsibility to know what your copay is." All this attitude for a misunderstanding and a measly $32 dollars. They'll get their $32 and that's the last they'll see of me. DON'T go here. All they care about is money. They also did my fillings with no numbing despite me being in pain and after she was finished she informed me that I had TWO fractures in the tooth she just filled and tried to blame it on me clenching and grinding my teeth. IF that was the case she would have noticed the fractures before the filling and told me. I'm pretty sure she fractured my tooth drilling into it! I'd give this place ZERO stars if I could.
