I am so happy with the way my son teeth came out. He had an overbite that bothered him as a teenager and now he can't stop looking in the mirror. Dr Jenkins and his staff are friendly and professional. The cost for his braces was also reasonable compared to the competitors.

I chose this orthodontist because of all of the fantastic Google reviews I read beforehand. However, my experience with Dr. Jenkins did not reflect any of the positive experiences that I had read about. If you value being treated as a respected customer at all, I suggest you keep reading. I have visited his office 3 times in total for a retainer replacement. During my second visit, I noticed that he was a bit short with me (I had greeted him and asked him how he was doing-- to which he curtly replied "Fine," and then went about his business). I didn't think too much into this. Then, during this same visit I had also tried expressing certain concerns that I had in regards to my retainer replacement, but he tried to cut me off and gave an exasperated sigh of impatience, as if I was wasting of his time. At this point I am somewhat annoyed, but again I let it go. Maybe he was having a bad day. Unfortunately, the worst was even still yet to come. On my 3rd and final visit, Dr. Jenkins only needed to check that my retainer was okay and make any needed adjustments. As I laid on the chair and he was examining my retainer, he dropped something on the ground. I'm watching him out of the corner of my eye. Surely he will pick up whatever he dropped, wash it, AND wash his hands and replace his gloves. Especially during a global pandemic. Right? WRONG. He touches whatever fell on the ground, takes off the glove, and proceeds to put the same glove on inside out. And then touches my retainer with this SAME glove. At this point I'm disgusted and appalled. So I ask (not even rudely, mind you) "Excuse me, did you change your gloves?" He then says to me in an extremely hostile, condescending tone "Well NO, I didn't change the glove, but I turned it inside out so it's fine!" At this point I will not tolerate this blatant disrespect. Especially as a paying customer who is making a completely reasonable request (that I should have NEVER had to make because he should have known better!) I stop him right there and I know my anger is apparent in my voice: "Why is your tone so aggressive and angry? All I'm asking is for you to wash your hands and change your gloves. I'm not asking for too much and your tone is completely inappropriate!" He then has nothing to say. Because he knew I was right. I get up and wash my retainer myself with soap and water. After this, he tries to play nice with me because he knows he wronged me but obviously I don't buy it, I know exactly the kind of person he is now. I let him finish my appointment but as soon as he's done I leave without saying goodbye. I would also like to mention that I recommended this place to my mother before these incidents and she found his manners to be poor as well (he did not even greet her). In summary, I find Dr. Jenkins to be extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. It's a shame because his entire staff seems so amazing and kind. I am an African American woman, and I can't help but wonder if my race has its part to play in his treatment towards me as well.

As an adult getting braces, Dr. Jenkins made the experience of wearing braces extremely positive for me. My particular case was very unique in that I had four back teeth that were misaligned and shifting creating increasing discomfort for me. For over three years, Dr. Jenkins, very patiently and meticulously, shifted all of my teeth to their proper alignment. I am more than pleased with the results. Dr. Jenkins and his staff made the experience of getting braces for an adult individual a great experience. I would recommend Dr. Jenkins and his staff to give you a perfect smile, even if you don't have a difficult case such as mine. I have a healthy smile thanks to their amazing work.

I love this place! I've been going for about two and a half years now and they treat you like family. Everyone knows my name and remembers everything that I have going on in life. They seem genuinely interested. I had to bring my son in with me and he had so much fun there that he said he wants to be a dentist now :)

I have been very pleased with both the results and process of my orthodontics experience with Dr Jenkins and his staff. As an adult who chose this route as a way to fix crossed lower teeth while maintaining the space left by an extracted molar, without having to get an implant, Invisalign made the braces less intrusive. It took a little longer than I had expected, but that was because Dr Jenkins was determined to get the best possible result for me (at no additional cost to me). I am delighted that my periodontist recommended Dr Jenkins and I have no hesitation in passing along my own recommendation.

We have had a great experience over the past several years with both of our sons receiving orthodontia care from Dr. Jenkins and his team. They are patient, friendly and very thorough in all they do. During the initial consult, our treatment options were carefully discussed, including the full cost, insurance coverage and payment options. The staff takes time to explain what they are doing at each visit which was important to us, and made the boys feel more comfortable. We have been very pleased with the entire process and the results! Thank you!!
