Dr. Jenkins earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1988. He earned his D.D.S. degree and orthodontic certificate from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland, in 1992 and 1997 respectively.
He is past President of the Harford Cecil Dental Society, an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, and member of the Maryland State Society of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association. Dr. Jenkins is also an officer of the Angle Society of Orthodontists, North Atlantic Component.

I absolutely love Dr. Jenkins and his team of professionals. My first day in the office to have my consultation up to the last day having my braces removed was always pleasant, professional, time managed, comfortable, warm, and most of all non judgemental. All my life I had a complex about my smiles and how I had spaces throughout my smile. And I absolutely hated it. I was 48 years old when I walked into Dr. Jenkins office and he asked, What would I like to have done?" I responded by saying, a pretty smile, but im not too sure if I am too late late for that. Dr. Jenkins told me not to worry and leave it up to him And his team of professionals. I can honestly say I have been and will continue to refer this awesome team to any looking for a good and affordable orthodontist. They did such a wonderful job on my smile i forgot to mention he was very affordable with a payment plan option. I am so pleased and I could not Thank the team enough.

I've brought both of my daughters here and have been 100% satisfied. The orthodontic plan was clear and time estimates for the orthodontic process were spot-on. Dr. Jenkins and the staff are friendly, knowledge and accommodating. Appointments are prompt and there is generally no waiting. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jenkins is the best. His staff is courteous and professional. We have been going to him for years. All my 4 children have gotten their braces done by him. And now my granddaughter just got her braces on this week. His locations are clean and upkept. And his staff is always willing to help when needed. I would highly recommend his services. My youngest grandchild is 6 and he will be next :)

Our daughter Kaylyn needed braces and our dental insurance gave us so many options to choose from. We ultimately decided on Str8rsmiles and Dr. Jenkins. What an amazing decision we made! Kaylyn is in love with her new smile and so are we. The staff was/is always so helpful and kind. I must admit we were always late to our appointments and the staff would fit us in and never made us feel bad or unwelcomed. The words "Thank You" are not enough for the amazing work and smile Kaylyn proudly shows off every day!

Dr. Jenkins did a phenomenal job on my son's teeth. Using various orthodontical magic moves his teeth went from crooked and overlapped to beautiful and straight. I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins!

Dr. Jenkins did an excellent job on my son's teeth. My son had 2 front teeth that were turned and I really didn't think it was possible to straighten them out the way Dr. Jenkins has!! Dr. Jenkins and his staff were very accommodating with appointments and were a pleasure to see every time we went into the office. My son's teeth are absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins!
