T. Lance Collier, DMD, LLC - General dentist in Columbus, GA

Dr. T. Lance Collier grew up in the rural community of Titus, AL, and attended school in Wetumpka. From there, he went on to graduate from the University of Alabama, earning a BS in Chemical Engineering.

During his school years, Dr. Colliers sister became a dental hygienist, and it was her influence that led him to consider a career in dentistry. After working as a process engineer for a few years, he decided it was time to go back to school to pursue his real passion and become a dentist.

Dr. Colliers desire to help others stems from his childhood. Growing up in a rural setting, it was in the norm for neighbors to help one another. This way of life is deeply instilled into Dr. Colliers philosophy. Combining this with his artistic tendencies and engineering background makes Dr. Collier such a unique and well-rounded dentist.

For him, there is nothing better than witnessing the change that happens as you become more confident and happier with your smiles. After all, life is too short for you not to share your smile with the world!

As a family man, Dr. Collier loves spending time with his wife and kids. He is an avid hunter, fisherman, and enjoys being in the great outdoors. In the Fall, his house is divided rooting for the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs. In the Spring and Summer, he tries to work on his golf game but more often, it works on him!

Dr. Colliers hero is his father. He was a hard-working man who spent 43 years as a railroad worker to support his family and allow his children to get an education. His work ethic and sense of responsibility are at the core of who Dr. Collier tries to be every day.

I've been using Dr. Collier since 2019 and I'm always happy with my experiences there. They have GREAT communication with me and are very accommodating. From the receptionist, then the dental assistant and Dr. Collier himself, it's always just excellence.

The office is always very clean, the staff are always very nice, and I have always had a great experience here. The staff always communicates prices, services, and dental options for me clearly, so I know what I am paying for and what my dental options are, should I choose them.

I have been going to Dr. Collier's office since probably 2015. Kimberly has been my dental hygienist the entire time and I absolutely adore her. When I go I feel like I'm sitting with one of my girls and chit chatting while getting a cleaning. And I've had a wonderful and pleasant experience working with Kelly up front with scheduling and billing. She is quite a joy as well! I can't speak too much on the other ladies since I don't have deal with them too much. But these two make this dental office worth going to if you ask me. Thanks Kelly and Kimberly!!

I am pleased to say that Dr. Collier and his staff greatly exceeded by expectations yesterday. Kelly on the front desk was professional and got me right in the same day to see if they could help. Dr. Collier Immediately diagnosed the problem, came up with a treatment plan and performed all the necessary work in the same day! The quality of the work was great and process of getting a new crown was relatively painless which is always a big plus for me. 5 stars all around. Steve Thomas

Not a great experience with this dentist. I have a mouthful of bridges, crowns and root canals that all needed to be redone AGAIN. I was interested in dentures. He had me all stressed out telling me I had a skeletel overbite and was not a candidate. He also mentioned jaw surgery as a possibility! He would not even replace a crown because he said it would not stay. He wanted to send me to a cosmetic oral surgeon. I decided to go to my regular dentist who is also a surgeon, where I should have gone to begin with. Dr. Chris Miller. He listened to me and everything I had been through and said it was all possible. I did have a skeletel overbite but dentures would correct that as well. I had 23 teeth pulled on Feb. 28th and was sent home with the most beautiful set of teeth with a perfect bite! Not sure if Dr. Collier just did not want to help me or seriously did not know how to. I was very disappointed in him and the stress his advice put me through that was unnecessary.
