T.F. Chen, DDS Dr T.F. Chen is a conscientious dentist who has been practicing dentistry in Glendale, California for over 30 years. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1976 at the CS Medical and Dental University in Taipei, Taiwan.

To pursue his education further, he attended the University of Southern California Dental School, where he endured very intense training and later graduated in 1981. Since then, he has become a member of the American Dental Association.

In May 1983, he opened his own Glendale dentist office at 111 North Central Avenue, where he treated his patients using conservative and honest dentistry. Although Dr. Chen has always advocated conservatism in his practice, he remains learned about the latest dental innovations by being a member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1993. The Academy of General Dentistry has offered Dr. Chen the opportunity to acquire in his practice the advanced materials and dental techniques being encouraged by continuous education programs.

In June 1996, Dr. Chen relocated his office to 335 W. Broadway, Suite A in Glendale, California, just one block away from the previous Glendale location, fulfilling his goal for expansion and modernization. His new office has five largely spaced treatment rooms to accommodate both his own and the hygienists patients. The office is also equipped with the most advanced dental apparatus.

Dr. Chen has demonstrated his dental accomplishments and skills among many patients for over 30 years. He has maintained his practice at 335 W. Broadway, Suite A in Glendale, California with an ongoing philosophy to be qualified and precise in rendering treatments to patients, yet concerned for every patients need to achieve their ultimate dental health.

Rosana H. Chen, DDS Dr. Rosana H. Chen is a 2003 graduate of University of Maryland at Baltimore. Her undergraduate studies include the University of Maryland at College Park with a major in Nutrition. She regularly continues her education and has been practicing in the area since 2007. From 2003-2004, Dr. Chen received advanced general dentistry education. Dr. Chen has two children, and son and daughter, in elementary school. She enjoys traveling, tennis, and watching movies.

Scott Chen Dr. Scott Chen received his bachelors degree in biological sciences at the University of California Santa Barbara followed by a Master of Science in medical sciences. He graduated top 10 in his dental school class at the Western University of Health Sciences and was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Society. He was also awarded the American College of Dentists Student Leader Award, as well as numerous Deans Honors awards and was an honoree for the Whos Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges while in dental school. For the past 2 years he has been working in Oklahoma City providing comprehensive dental treatment in a private practice setting. He is Invisalign certified, including digital scanning and workflow, and received additional training in surgical procedures, including surgical extractions, bone grafting and implant placement. He is detail-oriented and patient-centered and is excited to continue our goal of providing the best possible care to our patients. In his spare time, Dr. Scott Chen loves playing basketball, traveling and exploring new destinations. He is passionate about keeping up with the most modern technologies and continually strives to learn techniques that will improve patient care.

Larisa Boksar Larisa Boksar is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with the practice for the last 25-years. She graduated from U.S.C. in 1991. She has been married for 19-years and have 2 girls. She enjoys sewing and interested in learning how to lead a healthy life for herself and her family. The people I work with and the patients I have seen for over 25-years is the best part of being at the office of T.F. Chen, DDS. I love getting to know new patients!

Candace Ashley Lin Chen Candace Ashley Lin Chen, our registered dental hygienist of 2-years, is a graduate of U.S.C. with a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene. She graduated on the Deans List and was awarded the Professionalism Award upon graduation. Candace enjoys traveling with her husband and going to the different Disneylands around the world. I like being part of a family. Not only do I see the staff here as a big family who always has each others back, but I enjoy seeing my patients and catching up with them like old friends. I feel I contribute to the practice by working hard and giving service to the best of my abilities and having a positive attitude.

Mamie Green Mamie Green is our office manager who has been here for more than 30-years. She loves meeting new patients and educating them about dental care, helping them feel at ease and reassuring them that todays dentistry is better than in the past.
