Called receptionist to see if they were taking new patients. Extremely rude woman. I wish I would have gotten her name. Upset me so much I just hung up on her. She seemed annoyed as soon as she answered the phone as if the call was an inconvenience. If you are having a bad day no reason to take it out on potential patients.

I must amend this review from 5 stars to 2. At first, I was happy to find a dentist that would explain things and put me at ease. We decided on a full treatment plan but after 6 months of waiting and putting up with the bully at the front desk I was advised it would be best if I went to a specialist. Now it took 6 months to figure that out?! The front desk woman told me my treatment plan was very complicated. (It is my opinion that she made this decision and not the dentist). What?! Extract teeth - insert dentures. I also found that he is the only dentist I have talked to since then that charges to apply an antibacterial substance into each extraction. For the last 4 months of my association with this office I was in pain but that did not seem to matter to the person up front. She kept reminding me of all the time she had spent on my case. Well, that is your job!! I could go on and on but I will leave it at this. To sum it up, the woman at the front desk was one reason I am glad to be away from there. In the meantime, I have found another dentist and for much less out-of-pocket. Yay!

My family has been going to this dentist office for years and they have always been great. Everything from the dental work itself to the customer service has been excellent.

I am going to T & C dental of Largo as they are pulling some teeth and getting ready to make me some beautiful new ones, can't wait to get the process started even more anxious for it to be completed, nice clean facility, and friendly staff the dentist this is very explanatory of their procedures as he's doing them

Went for first visit today, they're so awesome told me about everything I needed, CLEAN AND SO POLITE. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Great Dentist. Front desk,cheryl is awesome

I am very busy throughout the weekdays and do not have time to take off of work during the week as I run a store and have enough staffing troubles as is. I managed to get out early for my dentist appointment at T&C but as I arrive I am met with a reschedule notice. I'm 24 currently and set the appointment up as an adult with current information including my cell. I called from my cell when my scheduling troubles got worse to look into rescheduling, ending the call with "if I don't call back I will be there" as I do my part to be transparent and punctual. They called my parents old home phone # Monday August 16th that is no longer in service, so they received no response and rescheduled me. I should have never been rescheduled and am furious beyond belief.

Best dentist I've ever been to - honest! Had 3 extractions, one tooth, and two roots of previously broken off teeth. No pain whatsoever even afterward when the nova-cane wore off. Dr. Thai Hur is absolutely the best dentist I've ever experienced. Highly recommended!

Seriously the best dentist I've ever been to. These guys are great! My mom and little sister have been going to them for years. I have now had two front porcelain crowns done by them at a fair price. My front teeth look so nice now even straighter thanks to them! TNC Dental has the most caring staff. Not to mention, super personable and will probably give you a laugh or two while you're there! Thank you TNC Dental!

They saw me last minute with no appointment. Everyone was so nice and I had to get referred for a root canal but they called the other dentist and got me in at like 430pm on a Friday. They went above and beyond and actually seem like they care about the patients. Highly recommend!

From walking in to happily strolling out the staff here did a wonderful job. Was treated with a smile and politeness the entire time. Xrays and cleaning went very smoothly with very minimal discomfort. Setting up my next appointment was also a breeze with the lovely front end lady. Highly recommended!

i am a single mother and my children and i go there . they are patient with my kids and me. I am very pleased at how they help me get an insurance or suggestions to get help for payments.

The dentist himself seemed like a nice man but his staff was so unprofessional. The man at the front desk was so very rude, I dreaded going back to see him. And the dental hygenist was very unprofessional. She starting talking about my personal "health condition" while she was working on me, which I found extremely embarrassing knowing that the people in the adjacent rooms could hear. I asked her to please not talk about my condition and she tried to convince me that she was being compassionate. I was absolutely floored. Now just today, almost 2 years after my last date of service they send me a bill saying that my check didnt clear and that my insurance company didn't pay. Well, there is always plenty of money in that account, plus my insurance company says that they had never recieved a bill for that date. Today is April 9, 2019 and they are claiming that my check from July 6, 2017 didn't clear. One would think if there was a problem with the check, for whatever strange reason, they would inform you within a timely period, not years later. We called the bank and was informed, as we knew, that no check has EVER been returned, nor was a check EVER bounced. So, I recieve a phone call from an "ex" employee saying that it's all her fault and she suggests we meet at my bank so that I can receive the check in question and rewrite a new. AS IF I HAVE TIME FOR THIS NONSENSE. I told her that I need the voided check to be returned before I am going to write up a new check. This has taken up a good deal of my time...being on hold with my insurance company and with the bank. I think the dentist means well but really, really, needs to surround himself with professional, compotent, and efficient staff. I would not recommend this place.
