What a great experience! The staff was very friendly, prompt, and Dr. Syrpes was great at explaining each step and what to expect. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for great care and excellent service.

Office quick to respond, but I don't agree with the statements about concerns for anxious patients. They will not allow a support person during your procedure, or at least allow you to have someone with you while you are numbed or have an IV done for sedation. You can feel like you are the nicest person in the world, but that front does not relax someone with true anxiety. Especially those unable to communicate true pain and fear during a medical procedure. While you believe they are fine, they are suffering in silence. A responsible support person that knows how to stay out of the dentists way all the while supporting their companion can make all the difference in a persons experience. The size of the procedure rooms are a poor excuse not to allow it. It's just most people are terrified to speak up regarding their true feelings. They are to submit to policies that they are adamantly against, but won't speak out of fear of retribution. It's about control, not true concern for the patient. Blanket policies are horrible and each request should be discussed between patient, doctor, and support person on an individual basis. #Communication #Policy #Patient Support

Very pleased with my root canal treatment! I am not usually one to provide reviews but, in this case, I feel compelled to take the time and let everyone know how amazing of an experience I went thru at Syrpes & Pangborn. Dr. Syrpes and his staff took the time to ensure I not only was put at ease in terms of what the procedure was going to be but went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care. Experienced absolutely no pain during the process, the after care and their compassion to reach out to ensure I was doing well was beyond my expectation. Lastly, the staff was accommodating with utmost professionalism. I would recommend Dr. Syrpes to anyone that may ever need endodontic care.

My regular dentist referred me to Syrpes and Pangborn when I experienced ongoing tooth pain. My consult was scheduled quickly, and I soon learned I needed a root canal. Since my mother had numerous painful root canals when I was young, I was very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Pangborn was exceptional. He explained the process, worked at a steady and measured pace (it's a very precise procedure), and checked in on me regularly. I needed only Tylenol/Advil the night of the procedure and have had no pain since. I recommend them highly and if I need another root canal (fingers crossed), I will return to Dr. Pangborn.

Dr Syrpes was wonderful! I was incredibly nervous to get a root canal done but he made me feel so comfortable. He walked me through step by step what was going to happen which helped me feel better. His assistant was excellent and made me feel very comfortable as well. The tools they use for this procedure were better than what happens at my general dentist and with my sensitive teeth I would honestly prefer to have another root canal in the future than a filling. I'm also grateful they were able to get me in quickly as this ended up being an emergency situation and they were able to see me the next day and fix me right up! Thank you!

I had an after hours root canal after spending a sleepless night in terrible pain from an abscess. Dr. Syrpes is amazing. Diagnosis and treatment immediate and painless. I won't go anywhere else! Excellent care! Professional and skilled with latest treatments! I apologized for keeping Dr Syrpes and his staff after hours to which Dr Syrpes responded "next time don't wait, day or night we'll see you. It's why we're here."

Dr Pangborn is one of those doctors that makes you say "why do people groan about dental work? That was easy and painless!" I ended up in Dr Pangborn's office for a root canal. After scans and xrays, we discovered an infection that had deteriorated my jaw bone. He wanted to treat it conservatively and see what progress we could make before doing extensive surgery and reconstruction. We did just that and today I saw him for a quick visit. We compared before and after xrays and everything is completely healed!!

Dr. Pangborn is a total professional! I will never go to anyone else for a root canal. Made me feel comfortable, took my pain away. Told me exactly what was needed. Such a perfectionist! Thank you! And the assistance were fabulous too. Thank You All Very Much!

I am such a big baby about going to the dentist so when I needed a root canal and was referred here by my dentist I was very nervous. Everyone, even from the moment I called to schedule, was very kind and understanding. It was a great experience the whole way through and I was extremely comfortable the whole time. You can tell that they take immense pride in their skill, workmanship, and bedside manner. Everything was explained thoroughly before, during, and after treatment and made me feel at ease the whole time. I really appreciate the care I received here and would 100% recommend this clinic and I thank them for an outstanding and pain-free job done.

After a crown prep by my regular dentist, I likely needed a root canal and an appointment to Dr. Pangborn was made the same week. He showed me X-Rays confirming the root canal and a difficult shape. My procedure took twice as long, but Dr. Pangborn and assistant were successful. I had zero pain the next day. The office contacted me after as well. I was very pleased.

Doctor is good but that financial service is very worst. They are taking much more out of pocket charges before the insurance get process. And after the insurance claim process no one is there to explain what is the difference and when I will get my refund.

This office is absolutely one of the best I have ever gone too. Dr. Camaron and his staff did a remarkable job on the work that I needed. They kept checking on me to make sure I was ok throughout the process showing he really cares about his patients level of comfort. Dr. Camaron and his team worked flawlessly like a well oiled machine. I am so grateful for everything they did. The entire office staff was very kind and caring each step of the way. I was even contacted later that evening to make sure I was doing well! I highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of dental care. Thank you Dr. Camaron and staff!!

Dr. Syrpes is brilliant. He made time for me immediately, took as much time as I needed to take care of my issue, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Syrpes is at the top of my list for my next serious dental issue.

Incredible team here. Dr. Pangborn did a root canal on a molar in an hour; and that is incredible. No soreness after and I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. Every procedure is different and unique to each person but, I can assure you that this team is remarkable. The technology, efficiency, and kindness from the staff and Dr. Pangborn doesn't go unnoticed!

Front office staff is terrible, don't go here. The staff made a mistake with billing because I do have insurance. I was sent to collections by the office manager after only talking to me once about my bill. I don't have a problem meeting my obligations, I've already paid the collections people.

I had a toothache on Friday afternoon and Dr. Pangborn was able to get me in and even stayed late to finish my root canal! Very nice, modern office with all of the "bells and whistles"! Dr. Pangborn took time to make sure I was comfortable during my first root canal ever! I can say that I was expecting the worst, but ended up feeling NOTHING! I would highly recommend Dr. Pangborn and Syrpes for taking care of anyone's root canal!

I cannot recommend this practice enough. They are professional, honest, and so dang efficient. After 4 years of not going to the dentist I needed TWO Root canals. Yikes. I was terrified. I was seen for a quick consultation and scheduled to have both completed. They did everything to make me comfortable and honestly it was a better experience than some simple fillings and cleanings I've had in the past and I never felt a thing. Truthfully getting numb was the worst part. See Dr. Pangborn and don't think twice about it. I am forever grateful.

I had to have an emergency procedure done on a Friday. Dr. Syrpes and staff stayed late to relieve my pain. I had to have an apicoectomy, which is where they go in and make an incision through the gum. I felt nothing throughout the procedure and Dr. Syrpes and Abril were so nice and kept asking me how I was doing. I know this was a very difficult tooth and was way in the back, but he did awesome. The follow up care was amazing as well. Dr. Syrpes called me that night and the following day.

So appreciative for this practice. Was feeling a bit pressed for relief regarding a tooth. Was referred here and trusted the referral only to truly value the opportunity to be here. Was seen and treated all in the same day. In addition to that, I enjoyed talking with the staff who were all friendly and attentive. I was made to feel welcome, informed and cared for by the experience of Dr Pangborn and his staff. Excellent experience and would definitely refer friends and family here. Thank you so much for working me in and giving me relief. So thankful.
