I have to say that Dr. Kao is the best!!! She has treated me so well in the four years I have been going to the VA outpatient dental clinic. It's sad to say but, I'm treated so much better at the outpatient dental clinic then at the actual VA medical center. Would recommend her to anyone !!! Her and her team are the best!!! Dr. Kao does outstanding work and she is a genuinely great person. I always enjoy seeing her and her team! 5 all the way!!

Had a dental emergency took them forever to see me then they did a very poor job on root canal and then there filling didnt even last a week now I have to waite even longer to get it fixed because they cant even bother to provide veterans a place to seek help when they are closed absolutely horrible facilities and management

This location, offering the GOLD-STANDARD for Dept.VA Healthcare. In my experience, each-and-every single; administrator, technician, doctor, and specialist has been exceptionally-conscientious. Service, above reproach. Given THIS type model for Dept.VA facilities, world-wide, a significant reduction of USA Military Veteran Suicide attempts would be, not only certain, that's subsumed by the fact of demonstration, it's OVER-DUE and MUCH-NEEDED.

Horrible treatment. Condescending "Surgeon", could care less. Never felt like that before. Didn't care about a patient before. Never going back. Letting a patient walk out the door with a very active infection, because of your ego. I hope someone sees your true colors like I did today, and puts you in a position you belong in. Garbage.
