Dr Martin and her crew are always kind, considerate, and caring to me. From the front desk to the hygienist, the staff are attentive to my needs and offer tips and education on how I can can take care of my dental needs between visits. The entire staff's professionalism is steadfast and they have demonstrated that by treating all patients the same. "My dentist for life"!!

I am a dad of 6 kids. So life itself is busy. We are a very close family. I and the family have been dental patients at Syracuse Smiles for over 5 years. The people who work in this facility are very smart, caring, sensitive, understanding, and fun loving individuals. I've had the opportunity to get to know each person who works or has worked as interns, assistants, front end , and the one and only Mrs. Bernadine Martin. I and the family love this facility and the people in it. They've been very flexible with scheduling for my family and I. Theres never long waits and the craftsmanship of the procedure are state of the art. Hey, I hate needles to the upmost demise. Kids and I dont even feel it. I would reccomend any to allow this place to give you a beautiful smile. We love Syracuse Smiles! Yours truly, The Howard Family

Everyone at Dr. Martin's office very friendly and professional. She runs a very tight ship. NEVER have to wait any extended time for your appt. Have been going there for eighteen years.

I have been with Dr. Martin, on-and-off, for 15+ years(briefly, leaving for insurance reasons only). I couldn't wait to get back under her care. Dr. Martin is thorough, professional, personable and honest. She really knows her stuff! The staff at Syracuse Smiles is a welcome bonus to the excellent care I receive. They are warm and friendly and go out of their way to help with any issues. I feel as if they value my time, as appointments start when they say they are going to start. No waiting! So, if you are looking for a great dentist, in the Syracuse area, look no further; Dr. Bernadine Martin and the Syracuse Smiles crew have just what you are looking for.

I always look forward to going to see my dentist. That's not something you normally hear, but it is very much a true statement. Dr. Martin and her team are courteous, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The office is comfortable, and the dental rooms are impeccably clean. The dental place can be a scary place, but at Syracuse Smiles that just isn't the case. I encourage you to take care of your smile, and visit Dr. Martin at Syracuse Smiles.

I have the worst phobia of dental work and I can for the first time say I've found a dental office I love! Dr. Martin is gentile and she explained every thing she was doing so I wasn't surprised or anxious at all during the procedure. I had to have a root canal done and she was so gentle and expert with her work that I had absolutely no pain afterwards which I didn't even think was possible. They also let me use their VR goggles to watch Netflix while they worked on my teeth which also cut down on my anxiety. Angela at the front desk is absolutely amazing too, she figured out exactly what my insurance would cover unlike most dental offices which have just told me to go on my insurance website. She helped me to make a plan to take care of the most urgent work I need done first and was honest about what I needed to do right away and what could wait until next year when my insurance benefits reset. I usually cry just thinking about going to the dentist but i don't think i'll ever dread a visit to Syracuse Smiles!
