Recently had my wisdom teeth removed and had a great surgery. Recently went for a follow up appointment for some drainage coming out of the socket. Was told that there was nothing wrong. The drainage continued and went to the my normal dentist the next day to learn that I had infection that was ignored the previous day.

Everyone in the office was absolutely wonderful to interact with the three times I was there. "Vicky" in billing on the other hand is terrible and if you have any questions related to the money aspect of your visits you should call the Fayetteville office and not the North Syracuse Office. "Vicky" doesn't answer any phone calls when she's in the office and doesn't return any calls either. I had to call the front desk and ask that "Vicky" please speak with me after her calling her direct line and didn't get an answer for the third time in one week. Even when I finally got in touch with her she gave me attitude and was aggressive the entire phone call.
