I just had #18 pulled after 2 failed root canals waiting almost 3 years and one failed attempt at another oral surgeon who recommended general anesthesia after. I didn't want that so I came to see Dr. Scruggs. I am a highly sensitive person and Dr. Scruggs and her nurse assistants were amazing. They were PATIENT and KIND to me! Even though I ripped off the nitrous mask and had a panic attack. They were so good and then she got this tooth out in one piece! I am so grateful I went to her!

I had my wisdom teeth pulled and they couldn't get me all the way asleep even though i was supposed to be under general. I was in excruciating pain the whole time and I had a massive panic attack. The surgeon wasn't very sympathetic, but the techs were really wonderful and tried to make me more calm and comfortable. I'd recommend an inpatient procedure instead, because I didn't have enough anesthetic support.

I had gone to Endodontics Associates of East Syracuse in severe pain for a root canal. They were so caring and determined that I needed a tooth extraction. Syracuse Oral Surgery took me in immediately on emergency. I was so disappointed that I had to lose my tooth and was afraid that they were going to hurt me, but it was a miraculous caring experience from the moment I walked in until I left. Thank you!!!!

Awesome staff and Doctors. Very good customer service. Went in nervous for an emergency extraction. Everyone made me feel relaxed and were empathetic to my situation. Doctor Cordoso provided me with prompt care without pain....and I was back to work an hour later !!! Thank you all so much. Jeff
