Dr. Dunn graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. In 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. She attended Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis. After obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1991, she completed a one year General Practice Residency Program at the V.A. Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Dunn places great emphasis on continuing education for herself and her entire team at Smiles by Design. She is passionate about staying current with the latest in technological advancement while also maintaining her gentleness in meeting the needs of her patients.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and its Syracuse society as well. She is also a member of the American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine that specializes in the treatment of sleep apnea with alternatives to CPAP.

Dr. Stets graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. In dental school, she minored in Esthetic Dentistry, where she attended various lectures and hands on classes. After graduation, she completed her dental residency program at St. Josephs Hospital in Syracuse, NY.
Dr. Stets was born in Lviv, Ukraine and moved to the United States when she was eight years old, settling in the Binghamton, NY area. She has been involved with community service activities including a Habitat for Humanity trip to New Orleans after the Katrina Hurricane, a dental mission trip to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and NYS Special Olympics, where she did free dental screenings for the participants. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.

I love Smiles By Design! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have three children that are at the age of needing cleanings and they are able to get them all in at the same time, each with a different hygienist, which makes my life so much easier not having to make multiple trips or wait for three hours. I have always had issues with my teeth and they have been so helpful identifying the causes and finding treatments for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had my teeth cleaned by Luann, the hygenist, what a great job she did on my teeth. They were terribly stained from the coffee and tea I drink, she removed all the stains, she polished my teeth and now they are very shiny and really white. I can't thank her enough for the great job. These dentists, hygenists and dental assistants are the best!

I had a safe and friendly 6 month appointment. Everything is covid safe and everyone is ready to get back to regular appointments. They always do a great job! They're friendly and doing EVERYTHING to be safe. They're thorough and entertaining at the same time. AND I got a purple toothbrush!

Just phenomenal care and support blended with intelligence. Often a rare find. I met a staff member at a function and from there I connected with the office. It was the reason why I sought out SBD. If she was awesome so I knew I'd be in good hands.One of my teeth needed immediate attention and the office called and made my appt for a specialist. This practice is focused on the patient, not the $$$$$. I'm very happy!!

Jessica did my teeth cleaning today. It takes over an hour and the whole process is very gentle, no pain at all, no bleeding, two areas are very sensitive but because of my teeth, I am looking forward to going back with braces.

I have been with Dr. Dunn's practice for many years. The staff is always welcoming, the hygienists, especially Lou, do a thorough cleaning, and the doctor herself is an amazing combination of gentleness and skill. I call her the Michaelangelo of Dentistry.

Everyone there was very positive and helpful. The dental hygienist took X-rays and walked me through it with very detailed instructions and information. Felt like I was in very experienced hands there. Would recommend to anyone!

I have found a new dentist. Dr Stets and her assistant are phenomenal. I have a horrible gag reflex, have always put off dental work--pretty unbearable. With meds and some new strategies I have been able to get some much needed work done. I have a long way to go, but thank you Dr Stets and Smiles By Design.
