The location is gorgeous, clean, and zen feeling. I sat seeing the mountains and watched the sunset while laughing with the hygienist, Ginger. Convenient hours. Super thorough dentist, Dr. Cox that took the time to examine your teeth and gum. The staff was friendly and made you feel like family immediately. I chose the right place to continue dental treatment after I moved. Highly recommend.

I called on a Friday with a toothache and Dr. Cox was able to work me into their busy schedule. Going in I was ready to have my tooth pulled due to the amount of pain I had. The xrays were not conclusive and instead of pulling the tooth Dr.Cox recommended that I start on an antibiotic and a steroid..by the next morning my pain was tolerable. I now can go in pain free and able to think clearly on what type of treatment Dr. Cox recommends. In my experience many Dr's want to rush you out and hurry to the next patient but he and his staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Thank you to you Dr. Cox and your staff. Lisa

My appointment was for a free consultation. Communication on the appointment time could have been better. The consultation itself was very informative and pleasant. The office is pleasant and well appointed. I was able to receive a summary of charges for the proposed treatment plan. When I declined to schedule treatment before leaving, the office assistant became suddenly icy. This gives me pause.

Dr and office staff are very friendly! Dr Cox explained what issues I had going on with my tooth. I liked that! Don't like not knowing what is happening with my teeth! Appointment system needs work! Had an appointment for 3:20 got an email reminding me of my appointment at 4! How do you know what time your appointment is??? I wish when they are doing procedures would tell you what they are doing as they do it?

Mindy, Ginger, Barbara and Dr. Cox are really the best. Their attitudes, care and bedside manners are superb! They remain very professional while yet conveying they're needs from you during the entire procedures. Yep, yep, yep they are WONDERFUL....

The staff was very professional. The Hygienist Barb was very thorough and Dr. Cox was super friendly and layed out a lot of wonderful options for me. I would highly recommend Syracuse Dental and Implant to anyone who is looking for perfect teeth at an affordable price.

I have had 3 or 4 cleanings at Dr. Cox's office, and had a nice experience each time. My dental hygienist is very respectful, social, and does a great job of cleaning my teeth! Dr. Cox is thorough in his review of my dental health and is always cordial in his demeanor. My wife is a retired dental hygienist, and she recommended Dr. Cox's office to me. I'm glad she did.

The one and only best experience I've had at a dentist office . I don't take pain well and get very anxious at dentist office. Starting from the moment I made my appointment Mindy was extremely polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Mary at front desk was very nice and comforting . Ginger doing my X-rays and the best experience on getting dental impressions without gagging me to death. Moving on to my hygienist Barbara that did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining everything she was doing and being so sweet. Finally Dr David Cox I have no words to explain the extraordinary job he did at making sure I would feel NO PAIN before or after my extraction, bone graph and root canal!!!!! People I'm not exaggerating NO PAIN at all. Thank you Thank you Dr Cox and your staff for making my anxiety non existent while being in your care. I will see you soon for more work :)
