These people are con arrest and thieves. They were recommended by my jobs insurance. They made me PAY up front so it all went thru some care credit. They said they were going to do all the work in sections which would be about 7 of them. 1 month apart. About 2hrs each. I only got 2 visits done. I was calling for weeks to make an appointment and No one returned my calls. So I decided to drive by to make one. AND IT WAS CLOSED .EVERYTHING PACKED UP AND GONE.WITH A FOR SALE SIGN. IM STUCK PAYING THIS CARE CREDIT EVERY MONTH FOR WORK I NEVER GOT . AND NEVER WILL. any advice?

It was recommended that I have my front tooth pulled and an implant put in. The implant failed. I'm out $6000 and I still have no front tooth, almost one year later. They have not reimbursed me and now I have to pay another dentist, one with an excellent reputation, another $5000 for an implant. I was treated horribly by one of their dentists when he took my failed implant out. I was devastated and extremely upset and he yelled at me for crying. I would never step foot in this establishment ever again. Please think twice about going here and please get a second opinion!!!!!

Terrible! Dishonest manager! Dental assistants (females) looked like they rolled out of bed(frazzled hair, sloppy appearance). Dentist was late to work delaying me for 30 min. or more(I was in the dentist chair) & doctor hasn't arrived yet. They told me they were just running by behind, Lies! Saw dentist walking in late after I was already in room. Ruinedfront teeth.(2017). Told me take insurance then tried to have me pay. I heard they closed due to ambulance, a death?? Scary!

Wow, of all the dentist's offices I've been to synergy went above and beyond all my expectations to explain every step of the way and make sure I was comfortable. Top notch facilities, equipment and staff, I highly recommend this place. Give Denisse a raise too! She works hard to give the best service no matter if you're PCT hiker trash or drive a Rolls Royce!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or give them your insurance information they bill your insurance for services that they did not do. The new management is not helpful and rude. Dr, Shaw is great and I hope he leaves and finds an ethical place to work. This place will not be open much longer as insurance fraud should close them down

Had my crown done in no time since my tooth cracked and had to travel in a few days. There is good coffee too in the receiving area.

Synergy Smiles is a wonderful place - if a dental office can be wonderful! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, the services outstanding and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will most definitely return!

Prior to Synergy I always regularly saw a dentist and got cleaning, and my teeth and gums were sore and bloody. Recently after seeing the hygienist here I left smiling, feeling clean, with no pain! Great experience! Thank you.
