Dr. Berrios charged me full price for a root canal. One of his instruments broke inside my tooth area and he couldn't get it out. Pretty sure his assistant that day never helped with a root canal before. I still have the instrument piece stuck in there. I asked him if my tooth would be ok. He said " well it might be fine but if there's a problem you'll need an implant." Just what you want to hear sitting in the chair. A root canal nightmare . The other doctors there might be great but I wouldn't know. Go elsewhere to be safe.

Dr. Monsef at Synergy Endodontics is a fantastic professional. He takes the time to explain his diagnosis and plan, he follows up on any concerns and is very patient and caring. I have had a lot of confidence being treated by him, especially knowing that I can return to him if I have future issues. Highly recommend

Worst dental appointment in my 70 years. Root canal procedures should not be painful. I am generally very tough when it comes to dental work but I was in tears due to pain. The Dr. Monsef realized I was in pain but simply said we were about finished. He still had to put the in down the root and the tears flowed.

i recently had to go thru the nightmare of a root canal, ive hated them since i was a kid...MISERY! this nightmare turned out to be a dream actually! dr.li gave me a few shots to get started, which i barely felt and then? it was over in no time - NO pain! i was truly amazed. when he said he was almost done, i chuckled because i had kept WAITING for the pain - and then none. i couldnt give dr. li and synergy any higher than 5 stars, but they are 10 stars in my book. if you have to go through a root canal, do yourself a favor and call synergy endodontics!

I had a root canal done and can honestly say it was the best experience I've had at any dental office. So professional, and the nicest staff. Not to mention they went out of their way to get me in faster because I was having pain. Thank you Synergy Staff

I was referred to Dr. Jung Lim, DDS at Synergy Endodontics when a tooth infection was found to be over the top and beyond my dentist's capability. I was very happy with Dr. Lim. He was extremely caring and highly proficient, and the pain level of his work was very low. He could have simply pulled the tooth and completed a root canal, but he wanted to save the tooth and diligently did so, although it required several visits to insure that the infection was in deed eliminated. The office is clean and efficient and if you too need help with a tooth, Dr. Lim is the answer!

I've never been to this dentistry, but they have put debt on my credit report when I've never been there in my life. Editing now because I disputed the collection and it has been taken off my credit! Thank you!

I have always heard that root canals are horrible, painful and scary. However, Dr. David Li made the experience painless and tolerable. When I first met Dr. Li, I was very anxious about the procedure and he was very informative and caring. Dr. Li has great bedside manners and made the situation for me comfortable. Equally important, his staff was nice and professional. Hopefully I will not need another root canal, but if I do, I will come back.

In March 2017 This office performed a root canal on my husband. Before the procedure, they charged our credit card for $437 which they said would be the amount our insurance would not pay. Our insurance paid $976. All totaled they were paid $1413. For some reason they decided that we owed an additional $89.45 and over the summer sent numerous bills to our winter address in Desert Hot Springs. Since our resort does not forward mail, we were unaware of the bill until we returned to CA in November. They never bothered to call us or to determine our summer address. They simply sent us to collections and damaged our credit rating. I explained our situation to their phone receptionist and was told the billing officer would call me. It has been two weeks and she has not bothered to call. Very poor treatment of a patient who will never return.

Wonderful experience as far as root canals go anyways. They are very good at explaining everything, and making pain very minimal. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I know where I'll be going.

Outstanding oral surgeon great staff. Great location beautiful office . Young dentist surgeon Dr. Jung Lim did a very thorough in-depth root canal on a tooth of mine that was previously done by another dentist several years ago. I was referred to this office from my general dentist for oral surgery I am very glad that I was referred here.
