Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for you and your entire family's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send you home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.
He earned his dental degree from Tufts University, Boston in 1996. He finished one year of Advanced Education in Dentistry at University of Michigan. Then he pursued 3-year-specialty training in periodontics (gum specialty) and dental implants at Louisiana State University. Dr. Atassi has two master degrees, and he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Malik obtained his Bachelors of Science with emphasis in Bio-Physics and Molecular Biology in 1999. Dr. Malik then attended New York University College of Dentistry where he received his degree in 2003. After dental school Dr. Malik attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey where he completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in 2008.
Dr. Malik is an active member of the community and enjoys participating with non-profit groups like The Smile Train and Easter Seals Organization that benefit patients with mental disability and financial hardship.
With his extensive training and clinical expertise, Dr. Malik has become the leading provider in the Bar Attachment Denture procedure. Also, placement of zygomatic and pterygoid maxillary implants as well as onlay symphyseal/ramus and iliac crest hip bone grafts for patients who have upper (maxillary) and lower (mandibular) deficiencies. He has extensive training in advanced facial reconstruction with implants around the world with Dr. Yvan Fortin in Montreal Canada, Dr. Carlos Aparicio in Madrid Spain and Dr. Thomas Balchi in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and Dr. Peter Dawson occlusal equilibration.
My name is Sunil Sinha and I am the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. I am happy to be given the opportunity to treat patients for their Oral & Facial surgery needs . I understand that for most people surgery can be a stressful event. My primary goal is to educate you regarding your options, answer all of your questions and make you feel more comfortable and relaxed about the procedure.
I graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2002. I completed my Oral & Maxillofacial surgery residency training at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in 2007. Currently, I am on staff at Advocate Christ Hospital, Palos Hospital and South Suburban Hospital where I am able to take care of patients with complex facial trauma. I also perform procedures involving oral and facial pathology, TMJ, sleep apnea, reconstructive surgery, orthognathic surgery, cosmetic facial surgery and dental implants. I am also Board Certified by the American Board of Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife and I have three sons who keep us busy. We are new to Chicago and enjoy learning about everything this city has to offer. I look forward to grounding my roots here and establishing ties in the community.

ZERO ! I called to make an appointment and the practice manager VIVIAN picked up the phone. I just asked her 2-3 questions and I could hear her on the phone whispering ' Oh my God' then again ' Oh my GOD' clearly annoyed and not in the Mood to amswer even 2 simple questions. As I said, I only asked if the doctor is Oral surgeon and the price. SO SO RUDE ! Definitely NOOOT going there.

Brought my daughter in for 2 extractions and was overwhelmed with the professional service that we received. Vivian(receptionist) was so informative and cordial that I knew we made the right choice to come here. The assistant Toni was also very helpful with information for post treatment. Highly recommend. Hopefully It wouldn't be necessary but if needed, will definitely return for any procedure.

I have been a long time patient, first of Denemark and then of Synergy Dentists in Burr Ridge going 2 times a year. I arrived for my 6 month check up and cleaning at 9 am on Weds, 2/16/22 to find the office locked and dark. After 10 min I texted to the number that had confirmed my appointment the week before but got no response. I called and got the answering machine saying they were away from the phone or with a patient, so I left a message. I waited 45 min and no one ever came. I called and left another message asking them to call me to reschedule my appointment. I have called several times since then and have never received a call back. If they have gone out of business, a call or text to their customers would have been the proper thing to do.

I had plans to fly to Europe earlier this year, when I developed an abscess and needed a tooth extracted on an emergency basis. Even though he never met me before, Dr Denemark was kind enough to open his office for me on a Sat morning hours before I was scheduled to fly out. He did an excellent job extracting my tooth, and I was able to leave for my trip later that same day...pain free! I can not recommend Dr. Denemark enough!

I've now used Dr. Denemark multiple times for surgery for myself and for both of my daughter's wisdom teeth and I have to give him the highest ratings for knowledge, professionalism, and after care. He's informative prior to work being done and I can tell he's very highly trained and passionate about what he does. More importantly, he prides himself on the end results and well being of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Denemark for any periodontal work.

I first met Dr. Denemark in 2010 when I was stricken with a sudden severe bone infection in my jaw. He took me, a brand new patient as an emergency case and I was amazed by his compassion and expertise in caring for me. I never forgot his exceptional care for me and his humanity. Because I am on immunosuppressive drugs, I recently had another severe bone infection and Dr. Denemark again treated me with the utmost kindness & professionalism. He performed oral surgery and referred me to likewise outstanding professionals to complete my care. I am eternally grateful to him and his wonderful staff. I believe that if you too are in need of a periodontist, there is absolutely none better than Dr. Paul Denmark.

Dr. Denemark is my hero! I have a pretty unusual case that started with an implant gone wrong many years before finding Dr. D. He's done a lot to save bone and protect my mouth from infection. Plus, 4-years after I've moved across the country, I still rely on him for advice in my new hometown. He's responsive to this day, even though i can't physically continue to be a regular patient. Dr. D stays ahead of the curve with periodontal advancements and solutions and I highly recommend him.

My family and I have utilized Dr. Denemark's services multiple times. He is the best provider we have dealt with in any medical field. The actual work is excellent, and goes beyond solving the issue to providing on-going counseling and support. The doctor and his staff care about their patients and go the extra mile. You can see that in their reception, facility, and investment in Nu-Calm to provide patients non-drug relaxation therapy. I highly recommend Denemark Periodontal. You will be hard pressed to find better care anywhere in the country.

As many of you know, going in for dental work can be very frightening. I myself have put it off and had anxiety from even just thinking of it. To encounter someone you can trust and someone who does a good job is rare! When I went to Dr. Denemark I was immediately at ease with the friendly nature of the office and welcoming staff, along with the sanitation side of things. His office is the cleanest I've ever come across. His knowledge and general compassion for your well being was by far the most comforting. I had an amazing experience and since then have had no issues with my teeth! Dr. Denemark does a thorough job and the pricing is extremely fair as well! Thanks for instilling my faith in the dental world! My entire family go to him as well, and have had nothing but the best care and treatment! The world needs more people like this.

I had heard about Dr. Denemark and Denemark Periodontal for years. Good thing, because I finally have needed their services a couple times in the past year. Everyone in the office is friendly and wants to make sure that what needs to be fixed gets taken care of in the most professional way. Not to mention the beautiful office and the state of the art equipment and technology make it my choice and I refer anyone who needs dental help to visit Dr. Denemark. His concern for your health and his approach to fixing the issue that is best for you makes Denemark the only choice in the Chicagoland Area.

If you ever need a dental implant or bone grafting procedure look no further. Dr. Denemark and his staff excel at exemplary results. This office is as professional as they come. My experience was personable, timely and my end result was perfection! They addressed my concerns and anxiety and I will return in the future if I need another one again!

Dr. Denemark has done several implants on me and I'm really happy not only with the results, which are so perfect, as with the way the procedure was handled. I also had bone and gum grafting done with him and had excellent results. If I ever need an implant or grafting again Dr. Denemark is for sure the doctor I'll have them done with! He has been doing implants in our family for years, grandma (who had over 7 implants done with him), my nephew, my sister in law and so on. Totally trustworthy and great person! Excelente Periodontal Specialist!
