I received my undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA, then continued on and graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry. Finally, I completed my Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at UCLA Medical Center. Therefore, that makes me a UCLA Bruin x 3!

I'm 52 years old and had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the surgery. In the end, everything turned out great. Very happy with Synergy. Cindy (Office Receptionist) put my mind at ease and the doctor and rest of the staff were awesome. Thank you!

Had my wisdom teeth removed here. The process was incredibly quick and with very minor swelling after. Staff was also very kind and informative. They also made sure the surgery went well, as they scheduled a appointment to make sure my gums here healing properly.

The care my wife received far exceeded our expectations. From the reception staff through the doctor himself, the treatment was the best we have ever experienced. They all treated my wife and myself with respect and explained every step involving her Emergency Oral Surgery. Doctor Polyakov is really great professional, who know what he is going and also thoughtfully explaining all the aspects. He removed my 2 wisdom teeth very easy and I felt confident about what he were doing all the way. Also the office is amazing with up-to-date hardware and software. Need to mention that his assistants and front desk staff are really helpful, gentle and caring. I felt myself really calm there.

DR. Polykav was wonderful. The office was modern beautiful, and clean!. The staff was courteous. As soon as you arrived you are greeted by a sweet lady. There in no wait and when I was seen by Dr P. he was very kind and looked at my panoramic xray and spend the time explaining to me the presenting problem and the treatment plan. One star is take because of the price. Unfortunately I have used up all my dentsl.benefit for the year; So I will be a cash paying patient. They offered only 5% discount and the price was much higher than the other Oral surgeons that I got an estimate from.

By far the best experience! Office is super clean, staff is welcoming/friendly, Dr.P is the best oral surgeon in the valley. Lower wisdom teeth were impacted which triggered my anxiety & had me delay this procedure for years. However, Dr. P. explained everything with great detail and respected my decision to be put under ( I.V. Sedation). The process was fairly quick. Dr.P contacted me hours later to check in, which comes to show he really cares & is passionate about his career. Follow up appointment was today; no issues were found thanks to an experienced oral surgeon. As a sign of gratitude, a Portos fruit tart was gifted to this wonderful office. Thank you Synergy!

Dr. Polyakov and his team are the best! We've had multiple kids have their wisdom teeth removed by Synergy with no problems or complications. Both the Reseda and Beverly Hills locations are professional, pleasant, and well run! We have complete confidence in Dr. Polyakov's skill and expertise! I'm so amazed at how gracefully accurately fast the doctor works from injecting the anesthesia to make me numb to pulling out my infected tooth and then stitching, that I forgot all about my anxiety. His amazing team of support staff is what makes him truly successful. *** I just wanted to share that a hint of the holy powder turmuric when you drink or gargle with water will instantly heal a tooth ache, a throbbing pain or pain from a tooth extraction.

Dr Polyakov and his staff are wonderful! From the first call I made to ask about an appointment for my son's wisdom teeth extraction to the final follow up they were kind and efficient. They answered all our questions and spoke directly to my son rather than about him as if he wasn't there. They are super prompt, too, we never had to wait for long periods to be seen. My son came out of surgery saying "thank you" it was very funny but that's how good they are. It was his first surgery and he was made comfortable and informed of the whole procedure. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My son had minimal pain and swelling and was back to normal very quickly. I am grateful for how well everything went.
