Dr. Kimberly Quan Hubenette earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California in 1993. Participation in the Advanced Dental Aptitude Placement Training program allowed her to complete her undergraduate studies in two years and Dental School in four years.
She comes from a family of dentists; her father and several cousins. Dr. Kimberly Hubenette enjoys all phases of dentistry, and has a special interest in whole body health as it pertains to dental needs, airway issues, enhancing smiles, cosmetically, as well as into proper form and function. Integrating the oral systemic link, Airway-Focused Dentistry, educating patients with prevention, and being the liaison with an individual's medical professionals are her passions.
Through extensive continuing education, Dr. Hubenette remains at the forefront of dental advances. Dr. Hubenette is an alumna at the L. D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Training in complete comprehensive care. The program is distinguished from any other by its dedication to treating Occlusion and Temporal Mandibular Joint disorders. She was also Associate Professor at University of California, San Diego. (UCSD) and helped with the UCSD pre-dental program. In 2009, she began volunteering as an Off Site Community Dental professor for University of the Pacific Dental School (UOP)and University of California, San Francisco( UCSF).
Dr. Kimberly Hubenette is a member of the American Dental Society, and is a board member of the local chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry. In 2004, she was elected president of the San Diego Chapter. She received her Fellowship award from the Academy by passing an extensive 16-subject, written examination, finishing 500 continuing education credits; she has maintained her membership with the organization for 20 years. In 2010, she received the distinguished Master Award from the Academy of General Dentistry; there are only 149 practicing dentists throughout the state of California whom have received this award.
A Southern California native, Dr. Hubenette has always played an active role in community events and was a member of the Pacific Beach Chamber of Commerce & Town Council in San Diego. She has donated services to various charitable organizations including St. Vincent DePaul, The Braille Institute, and the Muscular Dystrophy Society.
Her current endeavors include serving as a community leader by working with the Chamber of Commerce of Sonoma, Christinas Smiles, the Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance as a mentor, and is an active Rotarian. She is a member of Sonoma Impact 100, and sponsors annually to Red and White Ball, Sonoma Valley Hospital, and Children's fundraising and sports teams. In 2013 she became California's co-chairman for Freedom Day USA, a national organization to thank Veterans and active Military for their services. She helped inspire Sonoma to create Freedom Week Sonoma, an extension of Freedom Day USA.
As for dentistry, she has a Fellowship with the Academy of Craniofacial Pain, a fellowship for the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and United States Dental Institute for Orthodontia. After selling her practice in San Diego, she relocated to Sonoma with her late Husband, Mark, and helped form Synergy Dental Group.

Dr. Mansukhanis passion for dentistry started brewing at a very young age while he would spend his summer vacations at his Dad's dental practice. Not before long, he started assisting his father at the clinic, doing lab work, processing dentures, setting teeth and then went on to assist his dad chairside.
At the age of 22 when he graduated from Dental school in India he had an opportunity to follow his passion for helping people and enrolled in a Masters in Public Health program in Chicago. While rewarding, he still wanted to practice clinical dentistry, as a result of which he was accepted to UOP in San Francisco in the International Dental studies program and received his license to practice dentistry in 2008.
Dr. Robert S. Kiken is a graduate of the NYC College of Dentistry; and he trained in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx, NY, the busiest surgical emergency hospital in New York City. While there, Dr. Kiken received extensive training in oral and facial reconstruction. Following his internship and residency, he remained at Lincoln as a teaching attending surgeon, instructing students. During this time, he was also an instructor for residents at Nassau County Medical Center on Long Island, NY.
In 1983, Dr. Kiken and his family moved to Santa Barbara, CA, where he started his private practice. He also became a staff member at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, Goleta Valley Hospital, and St. Francis Hospital. He is an expert in his specialty, with vast experience in facial reconstruction and dentistry, especially the surgical placement of dental implants and bone grafting procedures. He has continued to maintain a strong presence at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, performing maxillofacial procedures, instructing residents, giving lectures, and serving as the Chair of the Ear, Nose, and Throat Department. He also serves on the Trauma Team at Cottage Hospital, treating medically compromised patients in a hospital setting.
In 1990, Dr. Kiken, became a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He recertified in 1997 and 2008. He is also Board Certified by the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology. He is an onsite anesthesia examiner for the California Dental Board, and an instructor in basic and advanced cardiac life support. In his free time, Dr. Kiken takes advantage of Santa Barbaras local activities, including cycling, running, shooting hoops, and golf. He often ventures out on scuba diving and heli-skiing excursions when time permits. He and his wife Susan enjoy adventure travel, and time with their friends and extended family.
I am a Sonoma Native and I love seeing lifelong friends and acquaintances everyday at work! I started Synergy Dental Group in 2001 as a Registered Dental Assistant and I now have a beautiful family and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business. My husband Ira and I have three daughters and every day is an adventure.
I love watching my girls play sports and spending time with my family when I am not working. The best part of my job has been watching the children of our office grow to be amazing people. The relationships I have and continue to make with our patients and team is the reason I come to work everyday!
Heather went to the SRJC and got her RDA license in 2014. After assisting for several years, she made the transition to the front office to gain a greater knowledge of the overall practice. In her free time, Heather loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends, and just enjoys being outdoors.
Jessica has been working with us since 2018. We love having her in our office. She specializes in making in-office crowns which saves our patients time. In her free time she loves being outdoors with her dog, fishing and snowboarding.
Nancy has been working as a Dental Assistant for 3 years now. She is currently going to the University of the Pacific to get her RDAEF License. On her free time she enjoys hiking, bike riding and spending time with her two kids.
Reanna is a Northern Californian girl. Born in Napa and raised in Vacaville, Sacramento and Healdsburg. She loves the wine country and all the beauty around her. She graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an AS in Dental Hygiene, in 2018. Her goal is to further her education with a bachelors, masters, and then go into teaching. She loves building patient relationships, educating patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and the connection of oral systemic health.
She enjoys being out in nature and taking adventures; Her favorite place to be is in the mountains. Any chance she gets she is hiking, biking, camping and fishing. She enjoys spending time with her young son who loves to play sports. At times, she can have 2-3 activities going on in a season. She is obsessed with her Australian Shepherd, Reign, they take walks every evening, work on behavior training and take 10-18 mile hikes on the weekends. Her dream is to live in the country, with many different animals and to have a large garden.
